Brand New Luxury Vacation Rental, Private Resort Style Pool & Spa 1

Well, I booked and paid for this house 6 months prior.for a 30 day stay 3/20-4/19 Less than 24 hours before I was suppose to check in, my phone was blowing up. It was a call from Santa Monica. It was from the rental company and they said they had a problem. The owner of the house doesn't want to rent it because he has an offer on it and it is SOLD What???!!! I have my family and guests arriving within a day and now I have NO place for all of us to stay??!!! They said that they could accommodate me the had another house in Rancho but had ONLY 4 bedrooms! I booked a 5 BEDROOM HOME! I had SCHEDULED guests based on a 5 BEDROOM house!! They offered me a $1000.00 rebate??!! What!!?? I said the house is 20% smaller you should give me 20% of my total bill!! We settled on $4000.00 refund. They made it like they were doing me a favor! I had to get a hotel room for my brother that costed me $2,500.00 for his stay!! Thanks for the generous refund!!?? The topper is I went to look at the house with a realtor THE DAY that I was suppose to move in. The house is BEAUTIFUL. I asked them if they had any offers and they told me NO!!!! I mean come on!! So occasionally I would drive by the house. April 16th thru the 19th...there was 2 SUVs in the driveway and lights on. So, somone was staying there!! I think they got more $ from someone else for their stay 4/16-4/19 . That was Coachella's 2nd weekend...Maybe the owner had family staying there? Not sure BUT...it wasn't me! I got catfished!

To start, the house was beautiful and communication with Hector and Jesus was good once we got into the house. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was nice and warm. The kitchen had no towels for cleaning, there was no iron, very few extra towels and washcloths. The floors are definitely an issue. While the marble is absolutely beautiful, it is extremely slippery and there are very few rugs. The bathrooms really need some rugs as they had the same marble. Otherwise, the house was gorgeous. The neighborhood was nice.

We had a wonderful time at Bravo Court. The house was beautiful and spacious. The many zones in the pool area were fully enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and spices while the bathrooms had all the necessary toiletries. The check in and check out process facilitated by Hector, was clear and simple while the property management team was very flexible with times. We were greeted by Jesus who showed us around the home and explained how to use the amenities. Our entire stay was fabulous and we will definitely return. Thank you for making our family reunion amazing!

What an amazing experience. Beautiful home with every inch designed beautifully and built to impress. The property rep, Hector, was super friendly and gave us everything we needed. We've rented many homes in this area and this one is among the best of luxury properties. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this gorgeous home! Huge hot tub, plenty of space, high end appliances and furnishings. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for an amazing stay.

We traveled to Palm Springs for the week of Thanksgiving with another family. The house is as luxurious as it looks—it was a dreamy experience walking through the door after a long drive. The kids and adults equally enjoyed the pool and house…so much so that we had very little desire to leave at all. Hector was a generous host and we very much enjoyed meeting him. We had a short wifi outage one morning and within minutes he had someone on property and the issue was quickly rectified. We hope to be back soon!
