The Sullivan' is a completely restored unit on the first floor of a historic Charleston home.



The Sullivan can accommodate up to 11 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, large kitchen, and living room.

Guest Access:

Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible for informing us that you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.

    We loved the location of this rental. Being walkable to King St is perfect. Great coffee shop across the street (Daniela’s).The house is a great layout for couples traveling together. Each room having its own bathroom made everything feel private while still sharing a living space. We will book again for sure!

    We stayed at The Sullivan for 5 days during a family wedding . The place was perfect . Very clean and a 5 minute walk to King Street. Each bedroom had its own bathroom , which was super convenient when we were all trying to get wedding ready ! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating . I would def recommend this place !

    Stayed with a group of friends and house was very clean and modern. Every bedroom has a full en suite bathroom which was so convenient. I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating the property manager was! The locations is great, 10-15 min walk to stores, great bars and restaurants. A few things to note: the walls are thin, you can hear voices and footsteps from unit B which is upstairs of A. didn't bother us too much since we were there over the weekend and stayed up late ourselves. the room in the very back is right outside of the shared pool, and was very noisy whenever there were people at the pool. the bedrooms can sleep 9 comfortably. the 10th and 11th persons would need to use the pull out couch. I wouldn't recommend this as it would take up too much of the living room space. overall, enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back!

    The listing is misleading- The pool is NOT private and is shared with multiple other units. There was a very rowdy couple of groups that stayed at the same time we did. We were on a bottom unit and it was very loud above us. We were disappointed in the experience not matching what we had expected with the listing.

    The unit is clean and bright in a fabulous, safe residential neighborhood close to coffee shops, restaurants and a little grocery/convenience store. The bedrooms all have baths attached as well as a powder room. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend. Great management company and quick responses to questions.
