The Space:

The Kiawah' is a completely restored unit on the second floor of a historic Charleston home adjacent to the Spring Islands resort-style pool. Relax with the added privacy & quiet of the top floor.



The Kiawah can accommodate up to 9 guests between 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a large kitchen, and a living room.



Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite bath

Flex Bedroom # 3 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Ensuite bath



* All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Guest Access:

Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

    We loved the place! Very much a Charleston vibe. Nice pool. There were little markets and coffee shops near by to walk too. Easy uber ride to King st. House had everything we needed. Would definitely book it again.

    The property had everything we needed,and the pool was a great bonus! The first night there, we had multiple helicopters flying so low that we thought they were on the roof. We braced for that to be repeated, but it never happened again. The only other negative was that Wi-Fi was very poor! The place seemed convenient to every local destination—8-9 minutes to anywhere. The pool was perfect for family to cool down in the afternoons. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    Property was clean and decent location. Pictures make it look much larger and seem as if you have full house. Be clear that Bedroom 4 is not a bedroom with king bed. Bedroom 4 is a queen pull out couch off the kitchen. Overall it worked out but don't plan for more than 6-7 adults to stay here.
