Boho Rosa | Famous Pink House with Pool & Yard!

We had a fantastic stay at Boho Rosa. It was the perfect size for our two families to spend some time together indoors for Thanksgiving, and the perfect location for getting out and enjoying downtown Charleston. The bedroom configuration worked well for adults and kids, and the living space was ideal for us all to hang out. The host was very helpful full the throughout the entire process and stay and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Three days touring Charleston

The home is a standout in the area. We caught people taking pictures of it several times as they were walking past. It’s super cute and a perfect set up for a large girls trip. They provided all the necessities. Most rooms don’t have closet space for clothing so if you have a longer stay it could be tough if you don’t like living out of a suitcase. There is a space for setting out your suitcase though in every room. The main bedrooms are plenty big with cute little hanging racks provided. The only thing that caused us any issue was the temperature as it does get warm in the house and you are required to leave it under a certain temperature as not to blow a fuse. Plenty of fans were provided but it could get warm in the evenings during sleep. We were there in May at highs of low 80’s so summers would get pretty warm. I would 100% choose this house again.

Just like in the pics and videos the house is beautiful! Location is great. Easy short walk to restaurants and mini markets. We felt safe too.

This house was even better than described. We were a part of ten women (between the ages of 31 and 60) and this house was comfortable, had ample space for us all to hang out together and sit around the table. It's decorated beautifully, immaculately clean, and we thought we had a maintenance issue and they were super responsive on a saturday morning. I'd highly recommend this house!!

Our extended family of 8, 22 to 96 years, had a wonderful time visiting Charleston. The house was exactly as advertised. Can’t wait to return!

The house is as pictured - very beautiful and very clean. Great location - within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. Property has a great kitchen space and cute backyard area. The host is very responsive and accommodating. If you have a large group I would recommend bringing your own towels as they only have two per bed/ bedroom and we ran out pretty quick with no spare towels. Luckily there is a washer and dryer available in case you would like to clean clothes / towels/ sheets.

The house was great. It’s very clean, quiet and in a good location. The service was excellent and the host was very attentive.

The property has been updated and is very historically charming. The location to King Street is great. There were a few issues that I feel should be noted though... 1. The area rugs are in DESPERATE need of a cleaning. The rug in the upstairs room located at the front of the house is so badly stained and dirty. The primary room rug and living room rug are also in need of being deep cleaned/replaced. 2. There is little to no water pressure in 3 of the bathrooms. The middle bathroom upstairs was the only shower that had any water pressure. Most of us took turns using that shower. 3. There is a driveway with space for two cars, which is why we chose this house over a few others that we were between. However, we literally had to climb out the back hatch of the cars because they BARELY fit width wise. We couldn't open the doors once we were in the driveway. 4. The primary bedroom kept having to have the circuit breaker flipped. The only electronic things being used at these times were the TV, ceiling light, and the portable AC unit. 5. The towels need to be updated/replaced. The majority of them were very old and dingy. 6. The upstairs, front bedroom needs to have black out blinds/pull downs on the doors leading to the balcony. It is bright as can be in that room at night. I know that the property management company asked me to reach out to them privately with feedback/needed improvements, but I'm assuming this is why we only read 1 review with similar issues.

This was a wonderful house that was in a perfect location. It was clean and beautiful.

It has been renovated beautifully, especially the bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned (it was very hot and muggy outside). The mattresses were heavenly. Management was immediately responsive to a few questions that I had. Only suggestions are very minor: plastic Ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap, more than one roll of paper towels and some multi-surface cleaner for countertops.

Stayed here for my Bachelorette Party and the house couldnt have been better. Prime location and decorated so cute!
