✿ Boca Del Valle ✿ Luxury & Comfort at its Finest

My husband and I were escaping Hurricane Ida. We wanted to be near my family so looked to Chattanooga. We could not have found a more comfortable and clean home. Alex was absolutely wonderful about putting our minds at ease as they were already worried enough! It was only our second time using this app so I was worried about the rental being clean, worried if I did everything correctly etc. Boy I didn't have to!!!. Alex made everything easy. The home was IMMACULATE. BEAUTIFUL backyard, decor, neighborhood and convenient! He even left us delicious coffee cake and coffee! I just can't say enough about how awesome he is. I was so worried about our home as a category 4 Ida was raging over it but still slept about 14 hours once we got there because the bed was so comfortable!!! Thank you Alex again for everything. We'll be back!

How was very clean and organized. Close to everything we needed. Alex made the process very easy because of all the directions and details he provides.

Alex's home is beautiful - it was exactly what we were looking for. It looks just like the pictures. The main living room is lovely with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. The back yard is nice - we liked the fact that it was fenced. The bedrooms were all great with comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding. We were delighted with the bathrooms as well - especially the large tub in the master bath. The house had everything we needed and then some. Alex got back to us right away when we texted him with questions. We were very happy with our stay. There was some question, after we checked out, about some scratches on the floor, but that was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We booked a last minute summer trip, with this being one of the last options we had. Alex was great with communication and was available as needed for any questions. The house was cleaned very well prior to us arriving. Plenty of room for us to relax, eat meals together, and even enjoyed some time on the back patio. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Appliances at up to date and great quality as well. Location is near to several major travel options and we did not have to drive more than 25 minutes to any of our activities. There wasn't anything about the property that made us second guess our stay or our vacation overall.

The property is convenient too many restaurants and shopping. It was clean and well stocked.We enjoyed our stay very much. The agent worked with us to accommodate our schedules and was very helpful. I highly recommend this property.
