We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s chalet. Communication with Robert was very easy and smooth from start to finish. The chalet was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The pictures do not do this property justice, the place is even better. Our family had an amazing time and wished we could have stayed longer.

The house was a little hard to find, about 10' from the Canadian border. It's a rambling, large house with a lot of room to get together or get away from each other. It was very clean, and the kitchen was very well-appointed. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, etc. And two fridges (which came in very handy). We spent most of our time outside in the back yard. Host was exceptionally responsive!

The house is accurately described. Robert is a wonderful host. He checked in by text to see if we had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a basket of organic veggies for us. We were spitting distance from the Canadian border, so a couple of trips were had. The lake is quiet, which was great. Make sure you get your creemees from Devyns Creemee Stand, and dine out at the Green Mountain Bistro.

Such a relaxing get away! Lake views! Easy access to swimming and shore fishing. Wonderful location. Pet and children friendly. Hosts extremely accommodating and very responsive (the few times we needed to ask a question). Close enough to a store if needed but feels private and secluded! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We were welcomed to a sparkling clean spacious house with a bottle of wine, organic fruit and vegetables and cut flowers. Enjoyed swimming, kayaking and stand up boarding from the property’s shore.

We enjoyed our stay even though we lost power on the last night there. But thankfully it was the last night!! Robert was very attentive to our needs and accessible. We are looking forward to going there again next year. The layout of the house was very useful for a large family.

We had a wonderful week. The house was huge, clean and in a beautiful spot. It was everything we were looking for in a family vacation with siblings. We swam, fished, boated , played games and enjoyed fires. We loved morning coffee looking out at the lake and sitting lakeside each evening. Robert was communicative and helpful. They also left a lovely welcome basket that was so appreciated. Such a great home and a wonderful week!

This house was very comfortable for our large brood of 9 people and 3 dogs. We had a lovely stay. We were so grateful for the functioning central air during the hot and muggy week we were there. The kitchen looks fairly recently updated and works fine. The property is gorgeous, located smack on the Canadian border and on beautiful Lake Champlain. We would suggest that Robert spends some TLC on the outside, seeing to rotting wood in decks, weeding, and removing broken slabs of concrete from the beach area.

This house was fantastic!!! Even better than we expected. I don't think the listing emphasizes how incredible the lake views are, from several rooms in the house. One of our requirements as a big family group of 11 is a dining table that seats us all, but big loud family meals. This house has that!! The whole house has plenty of space for everyone, a huge lower level for the kids AND the most comfy couches in the house. That level is also very very cool on a hot day. We were able to rent kayaks from a local place that delivered them and picked them up. SO easy, and great to be able to go out on the boats anytime we wanted. But even on a rainy day, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Also, the proximity to the Canadian border is amazing and really fun! The border patrl is LITERALLY at the top of the driveway! Took a day trip to Montreal and everyone had a great time. Bring your passports!!! The owners are wonderful! SUPER responsive for all my little questions. Even checked in just to make sure we were having fun. Really lovely people. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in the area. Thanks Robert and Bob! (PS, the teenagers nicknamed you 'Bobert, and we expressed our communal gratitude to Bobert many times throughout the week. :-)
