Perfect location and house for multigenerational family. Property manager responded immediately to problem of stopped up toilet. We reported several electric plugs that were not working in kitchen. They were never repaired but we moved microwave to another working plug. It did not affect our enjoyment of that loved house. We stayed in the house in November of 2021. Our grandchildren call it the glass house. We loved the new fire pit. The fake grass on the ocean side is wonderful in that it stops the sand from coming into the house and it looks nice. The new outside closets were very useful. Good idea. More than adequate sand toys. I am sure we will want to reserve again in a few years. Many good memories. I like the house because there is no carpeting to worry about. Even though we took off our shoes at the door, carpeting would have been a real concern. It feels like a beach cottage with the wooden floors. We had an enjoyable stay.

Our extended family booked this property on Padaro Drive to stay in for our son’s college graduation. The house is absolutely lovely and even better than the pictures. There is an outdoor fire pit in front of the house that our family enjoyed in the evening. The house is a quaint restored beach cottage with ambiance and lots of space to gather. However, we didn’t know that the house was two stories from the pictures with a steep ladder-like staircase leading to the two upstairs rooms which you have to be in good physical shape to traverse. Additionally, both bathrooms are downstairs which didn’t work for our elderly grandparents. After discovering this the owner worked with us to secure other accommodations for them. He was very responsive to all our needs even through a few issues. We want to return again when we aren’t there for graduation so we have more time to enjoy this oasis on the beach.
