Stayed Dec 17, 2023Had a great time at the birds of a feather beach house. The weather didn't cooperate very well but we had a good time, nonetheless. The stairs were a little rough on older knees, but they didn't bother the grandkids one bit!

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Twelve girlfriends from Bakersfield had a wonderful time at the Birdhouse. Plenty of room and a great location. They aren't joking when they say 34 steps to the sand. Get ready to have some fun if you stay here.

Stayed Sep 22, 2022First time renter. With 2 groups to deal with it was very frustrating at times. Our actual time at the house was great. It was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, linens, etc. Location to beach was great. BBQ is in very bad need of a good cleaning. Grease in the bottom flared up and was very dangerous. We had a great time.

Stayed Jun 30, 2022Loved it all. Used all the bedrooms and even Harry Potter‘s corner. Was a great location, everything we needed, the only thing we didn’t find is the ball for the foosball. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely do it again if we had a Big family weekend event. The wedding was at The White barn… So close and easy to get to.

Stayed Jun 24, 2022The house was in a great location and it came with everything to accommodate 16 people .It was spacious with plenty of open area to visit inside and outside . The beds were super comfortable , plenty of towels and plenty of dishes and cook wear for cooking for a large group . My only concern was with the staircase railing was wide enough for small child to fit through the slats need to be closer . We had an amazing trip that we will never forget. Memories made here will last a lifetime.

Stayed Jun 9, 2022Our family of 16 celebrated my daughter's graduation weekend and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room to accommodate 16 teens and adults, a few steps away from beach and very close to restaurants and beach activities. They enjoyed the nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Stayed Nov 24, 2021Multi-family Thanksgiving and anniversary gathering that had room for all 15 of us to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The weather was optimal, and the house was cozy, with multiple outside areas to also enjoy.

Stayed Jul 30, 2021We rented this house for a family vacation and had 15 adults & children staying here. It was a great location to walk to the beach, the house was clean, and using the futons in the living room we were all able to sleep on beds. The gals in the office for key pick up were super nice & the office dog was an added bonus!
