This is a great house for summertime play in the Eden Valley or wintertime fun at the local ski resorts!

Lots of space. Great location. Quiet and lovely. Everyone at our family reunion wants to come back. Loved the spa, pool, bike trails. The deer and the turkeys were an added bonus.

We stayed here for our family reunion of 19 people from 9 states and DC! Lots of room - was perfect for us. We loved the theatre room and location.

Great place!

This home was perfect for our family with more space than we needed. The view from the back deck is beautiful. This was the second time we stayed here, and we would love to visit again!! After skiing, we loved relaxing in the hot tub, and the kids enjoyed the game room as well. We love staying in Eden, and this home made it even better. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

House was perfect for a large group of friends for an annual ski week. 13 friends in total. Plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. House is huge and has everything you would need - from big kitchen with more than enough pots, pans, service wear etc, ping pong and pool table, hot tub etc etc. The movie room was an added bonus! This house has it all. Easy check-in and out, communication very easy, prompt and helpful with owner. Perfect location for skiing Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, and striking distance to Park City and other resorts. Highly recommend this house! We will be back.

We had a great time

The photos do NOT do this place justice! It is big! SO big!! The living area with the fireplace is much more spacious than the pics portray. The rooms keep going and going and going! And there are bathrooms everywhere! It could actually sleep more than it advertises. There are more sleeping spots and pull out mattresses not counted in the number it sleeps. The views are just beautiful! The neighborhood is so quiet. We were there on Halloween and didn't have a single trick-or-treater. So peaceful. There are walking paths throughout the neighborhood, which we made use of for beautiful Fall strolls. We used the clubhouse area for a pickleball tournament. The kitchen is beyond stocked! Everything you could need! We had a large group of teen girls and women, more than we had expected, and it was not crowded in the least. Spacious, spacious! Summer was more than accommodating, working with the cleaning staff to allow us to check in early and check out late. (Of course, this is not always possible, and can't be counted on. But we got lucky.) They had just had the interior of the house repainted, and there was paint dust settled on everything when we arrived, despite the owners spending hours cleaning the dust. Summer apologized and quickly refunded a portion of the cleaning fee. Every last family member raved about the choice in accommodations. So much to do, fabulous, peaceful, huge home. STAY HERE!!

Loved staying here. The kitchen was well stocked which was a nice surprise. We loved having large rooms to gather in as we spent a lot of time together. The view from the deck at sunset is phenominal. We also enjoyed seeing the stars while sitting in the hot tub.

This VRBO was perfect for a working retreat for our very large group. Everyone had a bed, and there were several workspaces, ample seating for meals, and lots of opportunities for entertainment during downtime. Communication was quick and easy, and check-in/out procedures were clear. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Every year, my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren find a house to rent and spend several days. This house did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and the house were very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was very clean. There were three family room areas, so plenty of places for people to relax, visit, and play. There was a children's game closet stocked full of stuff for my grandkids. With a ping pong table, a pool table, and a movie theater, there was plenty of things to keep us occupied. We visited, we laughed, and many wonderful memories were made. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again:) could possibly need.

A wonderful home for a family reunion!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is big enough to accommodate our family with each family able to have their own bedroom(s) and bathroom. We utilized the ping pong table and pool table a lot. We also enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for swimming. We forgot to bring our basketball but we did use the pickleball court. Great place to stay and we'll likely stay here again.

The property was even better than described. The views are fantastic. The home had everything a large family could possibly want. Summer was fantastic in all of her communication. I can't say enough good things about the all around process of booking and staying at this beautiful home. My family is already talking about when we can next come back!

We had such a good experience at Big Piney Place. It was exactly what our family was looking for in a family reunion. There were about 20 of us and the place was big enough for everyone so that we didn't step on each other's toes and the common areas were large enough that we were able to hang out easily. We also really liked the double kitchen and the two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again.
