Booked this location for a second time for a conference at Crystal Mountain. Was within walking distance, and have no complaints.

The house was awesome! Plenty of space for families.

Fantastic place! We stayed here for a golf weekend with 12 guys and this place fit us perfectly. Great location and plenty of space.

We enjoyed our family vacation here—the house was very accommodating for our group of 10. Pros: Nearby amenities at Crystal mountain, but still feels secluded for a getaway. Within 15-45 minutes drive of most local attractions including Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City, and Frankfort. Screened in porch with a fan was a nice feature for additional dining space. The basement was very kid friendly with the ping pong/ air hockey tables and having that extra bathroom.Cons: more furniture on back patio and loft area is needed, no where to set luggage down in closet or bedrooms. Basement was colder than the rest of the house. Upstairs shower needs to be deep cleaned. The fire pit was a great hangout space, but could use a barrier around to prevent accidental tripping into the pit.

Just like the photos - quiet but in the middle of everything. Clean. Full stocked. Lots of room for everyone. Plenty of towels. Lots of space for our family with 5 teens to spread out. Safe area. Grocery was easy to get to. Fire pit and sunroom were well loved. Big gas grill for cooking. Such a fun place. Would rebook.

As advertised, very nice stay. Great for families looking for quick access to Crystal Mountiain.

The house was clean, lots of space, right around the corner from Crystal, exactly as listed! We had 3 families and plenty of space. We would love to come back!

The home has plenty of room for 3 couples or a couple families. It has a well stocked kitchen, a fun game room and a nice outdoor fire pit.The one negative was the primary bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower curtain liner needed to be replaced and it had a infestation of ladybugs.

Amazing rental, very clean, great host, great communication. We will be coming back next year.

The house was a great stay for 7 guys. Definitely more room than we needed and very clean. Would certainly stay here again.

everything was as what would be expected. the one bed downstairs still sqweaks so that discouraged those guests. enjoyed are stay completely.

Could walk to crystal mountain. Spacious home, felt comfortable even with 12 people. Nuce basement. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Had our annual golf trip of 12 adults stay there. The house was as described and good value. Some of the bunk beds say that they are only for under the age of 6, so adults should be careful when booking.

This house was really nice and provided lots of room for my friends and I on our golf trip! The house was clean, the grill was amazing to use, the bonfire bit provides lots of great seating! My only gripe would be the comfort was of the furniture. The bunk beds on the main level had an awful squeaking noise to one of them (probably just needs some WD-40). The beds themselves were not very comfortable though, and the couches felt like they were sinking in a good amount in some spots. Overall, this place gave us everything we needed to make the best out of our weekend!

Very clean and comfortable. The outside Fireplace I was perfect for an evening bonfire.
