Between the Dunes: Breezy Beachfront Oceano Home!

So we went on vacation and decided to rent out a beach house - and I have to say this beach house met all of our specifications .. We were basically right on the water with a beautiful view from the living room window - When we arrived the home was very clean and also had plenty of nice furniture for our upcoming festive activities .. At night time we were able to light bonfires on the beach & that lighting combined with the great lighting on the porch made the experience that much better . Major supermarkets & great restaurants are within a few minute drive , there’s also a small town store within walking distance, which made everything that much more convenient .. Also the staff that handles the bookings & any concerns we’re very friendly and easy to deal with & that is something that’s very important to me - if you’re going on vacation in this area I would definitely recommend renting this beach house out for as long as you can ?

Host was extremely accessible to take care of issues. The location was great for beach access. Well equipped and decorated.

Prime location and access to the beach with firepit

The home was clearly well paid attention to and it was very comfortable for our party of 10. Kim was a super active host and was very attentive. We had a little problem with one of the toilets and she sent somebody over to fix it right away. Overall, we had a very nice experience.

This house was phenomenal and so great to stay in! It's location is amazing being right on the beach and was an easy and in out. We loved the ease of the beach access right out the back down and being able to play in the sand right there at the house and also walk down to the water when we wanted. We were able to have our child play in the sand right in front while people were able to get ready or just sit on the patio. We had a view of the ocean from pretty much all of the windows at the back of the house and loved to sit on the back patio and sunroom to look. The patio was awesome with the wind break as it allowed us to sit outside when the wind picked up and not have sand blown in our faces and enjoy the sunshine and ocean air. The house was big enough for all of us and plenty fun to enjoy for our 4 generations. It was great for people to be able to be inside and outside when they wanted and everyone still be close to each other and switch in and out as needed/wanted.

This property was awesome! Great location, beautiful views and a lot of room for everyone to have their own area in the house to hang out. We cooked several meals at the house and it was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. Love it!

Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Made sure we were taken care of. Lovely home, thanks for sharing with us!!

We were so pleased with our stay. The house was just as the pictures showed. The ocean front home was steps away from the waves. The four bedrooms and two baths were an excellent fit for us, and the kitchen was FANTASTIC. We kinda laughed at the pictures where each plate and utensils were placed.....at first, but it was an EXCELLENT guide for us to replace once used. Our family was so pleased that we plan on making this home our annual gathering place. Thank you for making our Christmas so Merry.

The house and location was great! It had great hang out spots. We played games and able to watch tv all while being close enough to each other for all to be involved but not interrupt each other either. We had 4 generations there and it was great being so close to the sand and ocean that it was easy to take a walk on the beach and go out to play and switch out as well. It was great being so close and being able to go in and out quickly and easily for anything needed. Communication with the host was great! She was available and super nice! House is between the dunes so the sand was right there and there were tall hills of it that blocked some of the view. The boat called and was honest about the one big one that they were dealing with and in process of scheduling in order to have some removed from side of house. We loved the sunroom since we stayed in November and it was great to sit in there when the wind picked up in the afternoon but still see some ocean and sand. It was great going out the back and it wasn’t too bad going up to reach the fire out and the walk down to beach. The house was very well stocked with things needed. The host was great and when we had a little problem with the heater the first night was right on top of getting someone out to fix it right away. She made sure we were taken care of and had what we needed! It was a great stay and we are very excited to come back this summer for another Birthday.

Between the dunes is a large comfortable beach house with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals. The children loved exploring the dunes and the coast. Although we didn’t get sunny days, spending quiet reading time allowed for great relaxation We will hopefully be returning soon

Very quaint, lots of room. The sunroom was well decorated and very cozy. The perfect beach house. It is to be noted that the beach is also a pretty active highway with trucks and trailers so you can’t really relax close to the water, but we still enjoyed being tucked away in the sand dunes with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

The house was perfect for our needs. It is on the sand and situated close to markets and restaurants. The hostesses were responsive and sweet. Would definitely recommend!
