Best Santa Barbara Stay ~The Carpinteria Beach House~ 5 Stars: Perfect Location

The host was very communicative which was super helpful. Beautiful home, well maintained, lovely yard. Convenient walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property with fantastic location to beach and town. Very nicely decorated, felt like home. Everything was clean and organized, including a fully stocked kitchen.

Just over a month after our first stay at Lisa's house...we decided to come back and do it all over again! Fellow VRBOers, this place is just that good. Everything is so clean, the beds are so comfortable, the kitchen so well-stocked...we just could not stay away. My family and I wanted to beat the LA heat and spend some time in beautiful Carpinteria. We had previously stayed at nearby hotels, and let me tell you: this was so much better. Lisa is an amazing communicator and had everything we could have imagined needing. A crib! A high chair! A wagon to put the generously included beach supplies! The house was immaculate and so were the vibes. I’m looking forward to competing with all of you for another highly sought after stay at Lisa’s house in the future. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. It is perfectly located, only a block from the beach and close to so many cute stores and delicious restaurants. The garden is generously sized, great for enjoying the beautiful weather. The house is comfortable and quiet. Lisa is a terrific host, the house is so well appointed. I am already missing this little haven by the sea!

Came for a wedding. Our other friends had rented condos down the street on the beach but loved our VRBO better! It was so nice everything you needed was there you can walk everywhere including one block from the beach nice quiet neighborhood. Great backyard would be great with kids!

Very clean, comfy, and quaint. Home was equipped with everything we needed, and back patio with string lights and fire pit provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house. It was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. It was perfect for our family. I highly recommend!

Everything about this adorable house was seamless! The location is just right for beach time (you can run ur kids back to the bathroom or to grab a snack if needed to from playing on the sand all day), or going into town (grabbed my stroller and walked my 3 kids up to the candy shop and had zero complainers!), or there is a park, or in the early mornings I could go for a perfect 2-3mile trail run past the campground over looking the bluffs. The house itself had writhing we could possibly need, fresh clean linens, toys for the kids, beach stuff on the side of the house, a fire pit to host a little bday party for my sister, plenty of grassed yard for my kids to play on, excellent seating for dinner, spacious kitchen for cooking to save money on too much take out. I really do look forward to coming back! The host, Lisa, was also exceptionally kind and considerate and it was a pleasure working with her whenever questions or assistance would arise. Thank you Lisa!

Our recent stay at this house in Carpinteria was a wonderful experience. The beautiful home is just a block away from the beach and Linden Ave, making it an easy walk to both while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated all the thoughtful details, from the beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach buggy to the outdoor shower stocked with shampoo, body wash, and tar removal ingredients. We enjoyed using the outdoor fire table, and my son and his friend loved playing basketball in the spacious backyard. The house was clean and well-kept, and we were blessed with beautiful weather. We can't wait to rebook!
