Best of both worlds! Minutes walk from both the lively Downtown Mall and foodie-heaven Belmont neighborhood. Cozy 2 bdrm, 1 bth suite in historic home with private entrance & porch, plus contactless checkin. Perfectly situated for wine/brewery tours, concerts at the Pavilion (you can literally see it from your living room), exploring the Downtown Mall, or visiting Monticello & Carter's Mountain. Dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a couple or small family!
r>Home includes private parking off street, plus private entry and porch. The interior has 2 bedrooms and a combined kitchenette-living space. Sofa in living room can be converted to bed for extra sleeping space. Bar top table in living room doubles as work space with extra USBs and outlets. Smart TV includes access to all your favorite apps. You won't want to cook with so many restaurants within walking distance! But the kitchenette is stocked with everything you need - full fridge; Keurig with coffee pods, sugar, and cream; toaster; glasses, mugs, silverware, dinnerware.

What makes this place so great is the location! You've got the best of both worlds - Belmont and Downtown Charlottesville - and you're perfectly situated between the two neighborhoods.

The lively Downtown Mall is lined with local shops, restaurants, and businesses. The Pavilion, a popular concert and event venue, sits on one end of the Mall and is within view from your living room.

The historic Belmont neighborhood, one of the oldest in the city, is home to our favorite restaurants. Perfect for strolling and looking at the historic homes. Most restaurants in Belmont are only open for dinner, and reservations are highly recommended.

Open Table and Resy are popular apps for getting reservations locally.

Our area is super walkable! It's one of the things we love most. But, everything in Charlottesville is fairly close (no more than a 15-20 minute drive). You can be on the Route 29 corridor in ten minutes drive. Headed to UVA campus You're just minutes walk to a free trolley station, or the drive is about 12 minutes. Biking is also very popular in Charlottesville and we're right beside a cute community bike shop.

This was a perfect spot for exploring Charlottesville for a few days. Loved being so close to the downtown mall, an easy walk to explore shops and restaurants there, and also the great restaurants in the Belmont neighborhood.

First the renter should know that this is a very small place. It's clean and well done, but very small. The parking situation is tricky, as it's down an alley and requires some maneuvering if you have a larger car or SUV. With all that said, the location is HUGE! It's so close to the Charlottesville Market, many restaurants, and activities. All factors considered, I highly recommend the place, mainly for the location.

My family (4 adults) had a great time in Belmont. The location was perfect for a walk to The Mall and a short drive to campus for a game. The hosts were quick to respond and flexible with checking in. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family.

Very sweet little apartment on the back of the house. Nicely decorated with special extra touches (a clothes steamer, for example). Care has obviously been taken to make the space as comfortable as possible.I had to reach out a couple of hours ahead of time to get the door code, but my message was answered immediately. I asked when booking for advice about restaurants within walking distance, since that was one of the benefits in the listing. I was told more info would be sent right before check-in day, but it wasn’t. Be sure to note before booking that the unit’s HVAC is controlled in the main house only; you will not have access to your own thermostat. The owners keep the temp at 70, and there are fans for hotter months and a space heater for cooler months. If that’s your preferred indoor temp, then you’ll be very happy here. Also be aware that the provided parking is a small space off a very narrow alley. If you have a compact car or sedan you should be fine. We have a Subaru Ascent, and we couldn’t navigate into the spot without scratching our car on adjacent fences. A larger SUV (e.g. Tahoe, Escalade, Suburban) would definitely not be able to fit. Parking is available on the street in front of the house, although you are limited to two hours between 8-6.

A cute cozy 2-bedroom just off the downtown mall. It was quiet for us and great with 2 kids. A very quick walk to the downtown mall; we barely used the car all weekend!

Perfect location and had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. It was so close to downtown, great shops, restaurants and not to far for skiing at Wintergreen. The two bedrooms were so comfortable, charming, with great design, and the fold out couch was an added bonus! It was clean, bright and cozy. You all thought of everything. I appreciated your flexibility and help with check in and how you made yourselves available should we need anything! Hope to return!!! Thank you!

My sister and I stayed for two nights and found the double rooms allowed for privacy and comfort. Beds are not queen but double bed size and mine was fairly swaybacked from use but if I slept on the far side against the window it was more firm I assume due to few people using that side. Kitchen is adequate since we only used it for AM coffee. Many restaurants nearby in Belmont area. Note: Monday is when most restaurants are closed so just FYI. Parking is tight but with a few back and forth accessible. Road noise

Super cute stay. They did offer private parking but I drive a big truck and wasn’t able to use it. Super hospitable. Had a cute welcome sign with my name on it. The internet went and they communicated asap and tried to assist with anything needed. Super nice and close to a lot of things to do.
