This house was awesome! Rent the whole place for ample room! House has: One large eat in kitchen, one smaller kitchen, two large living rooms and a large screened in porch! Plenty of parking for large groups (10-12 spots)! Large fenced yard with fire pit, grills and plenty of beach chairs. Gorgeous sandy beach! Beach is family and alcohol friendly! Rental Manager Mike is great! Friendly, Easy to get ahold of, and knowledgeable of area.

We have gone to Sylvan Beach for the past 8 years straight and stayed in a number of different places and this is definitely one of our top favorites. If you’re looking for a great location, in the middle of everything, where you literally park your car and can walk to restaurants, the amusement park, coffee shops, antique stores, and most of all the BEACH, this is the place for you and property manager, Michael Smith, is your guy. Michael took such great care of us and our needs while we were there and it was their busiest time of the year - July 4th week. It was clean and comfortable with everything you needed in a “home away from home”. You've got to have that combination when planning your family vacation - great place and great people to ensure your money is well spent. Thank you, Michael! Hope to see you again, soon!
