Cozy 2 bedroom cabin in the woods with beautiful mountain views! Less than 2.5 hours from NYC and only 10 min to Belleayre skiing (and lake swimming in the summer) and Spillian venue. We love this wooded property, which is private but not desolate. At the top of a hill up a distance from a quiet road, we have great views of the mountains. Stayed Jun 27, 2025My wife and I, along with another friend, stayed at the Berushka Cottage during a recent visit to the Catskills. The cottage was centrally located for all the activities we planned to do and met all of our needs. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and seeing the mama deer with her fawn around the property several times. The communication with the host was very good and she was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay while visiting the area.

Stayed Aug 1, 2021We had a relaxing vacation in this comfortable, tastefully furnished home in a beautiful secluded setting. Everything was spic and span, the kitchen was well outfitted with everything a cook could need, including brand new high end cookware, the bed was super comfortable, and Martina responded promptly and was helpful with any questions. We hope to be able to stay here again!
