Stayed Dec 20, 2020We have been coming to Clearwater Beach for 20 yrs. This was a great location and lovely townhome for a family of 4 with two teenage kids. We were here a month so having a new fully stocked kitchen was a plus since we did eat in quite a bit. JC was an excellent host and immediately answered texts. He even replaced the grill with a new one. This location is steps from the beach we enjoyed daily walks. The location is great and a bit more isolated from he downtown congestion.

Stayed Mar 1, 2018When you rent JC's townhome, you are literaly 70 steps from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, listening to the waves, watching the sunsets. Everything about the townhouse is great--beds comfortable, plenty of linens, dishes, etc. for either a weekend or extended stay. JC is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you might have.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spent a wonderful week with family in this large, updated townhouse. The private beach is literally steps out the door, which is awesome for young kids. Close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Small community of units, great pool area. Owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a wonderful stay we had at this spacious townhouse just steps from beach. With 3 large bedrooms, the unit had more than enough room for our family. Comfortable accommodations is how it can be described. Gently rolling waves of the Gulf splash onto the private feeling white sugar sand beach. Plenty of great dining choices nearby. I would recommend to families or couples looking for a peaceful alternative to busy Clearwater Beach just a few miles away..
