Bella Vista | Private Pool, Beautiful Gulf Sunsets

Everything was awesome.

We were in town for a fishing trip with some clients. Everybody loved the house, especially the shuffleboard table and the pool. The house was clean and comfortable.

We had such a great time and will definitely be back again.

We loved the location that was close to the beach. The house had enough bedrooms/ baths for all the couples and teenagers. The younger kids enjoyed being together in the bunk room. The 3rd floor common room was great. I would not recommend the house unless a few things were corrected. All the vents and outside 3rd floor balcony were covered in black mold. There was also a large grease stain on the third floor balcony and railing. Another issue was the cockroaches. We found dead cockroaches that should have been removed by the cleaning crew. After seeing a few cockroaches here and there , a cockroach fell from a ceiling vent and landed on our son in law. GrossThere was many maintenance and cleaning that was not done which resulted in a disappointing experience.

We stayed Thursday thru Tuesday. House accommodated our family well. We love the top floor- we all hung out there. The only thing I did not like was that the swimming pool was not attached to the house. We had to go outside and walk around. Also “beachfront” made me think we had a house directly on the beach. Very helpful service people.

Overall really enjoyed the stay. Views of the beach. Well appointed kitchen. Bedrooms were nice but many lacked a place for clothes. Short walk to beach. Trip hazard on board walk. One person fell. Pool was a plus. Quick response when we reached out for concerns on property. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient to walk to and from the beach. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The many bedrooms and all being en suite worked very well. It’s a lovely home with the living area on the third floor and all bedrooms were on the first and second floors. We enjoyed the pool as well. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We loved this house for our family reunion. Lots of rooms, lots of bathrooms, shuffle board table and huge dining tables were awesome. The kids loved the pool and we all loved how close we were to the beach - each walk even for us old folks. However, we did have some issues. For instance, only 2 burners worked on the stove; we only had 2 dishtowels (for 18 of us for 5 days!); the fans in the living room area didn't work even though we bought batteries for the remotes; all three grills in the pool area were filthy and corroded and completely unusable and the entire bar area was filthy; one of the bedroom doors on the 2nd floor that goes out onto the balcony would not open at all; AC couldn't be adjusted and several rooms didn't have any; there's a golf cart in the garage (rentable) that took up one of our parking spaces; the refrigerator in the garage doesn't seal and leaked all over the garage floor so we had to wash it out; and the water pressure was nill to nothing. Again, the house itself is wonderful but it definitely needs some maintenance work. We were disappointed because, for the price we paid, we were at least expected everything to be in good working order!

House was nice ,location was great ,short walk to the beach my only complaint is that the fans didn’t work in the living room and some of the showers were not clean. But overall a great place to stay

Close to the beach, house is very comfortable enough to now want to leave. Every age group has fun.
