Restroom not clean upon arrival and stairs and deck to go upstairs its unsafe specially if you travel with children.

Everything was pleasant and comfort

We were lied to about the location. Was told a 1 minute walk to beach. Was a 15 minute drive. Very unhappy about that. Parents not able to walk well so this was the main reason for booking this property.

Great location

House is big and is great for a large family. Location is good and we liked the 24 hour security. In fact the security guard was so nice and helpful with questions. I really wanted to give it a 5 star but we had issues with a sewer smell that started on day 3 from the showers. Also house has several light bulbs out. Might stay again.

A great stay in Puerto Peñasco. Great location- close to the Malecon but far enough to have some privacy and quiet night’s sleep. Security guard was helpful and kind and we felt safe. Would stay here again!

The property was good. It was clean and easy to find, with the help of the property manager. Easy to check in and there was always security. Good price for the stay of four days.

The property was very nice and accommodating. Kid friendly has a room for kids and a small play kitchen my toddler enjoyed so much. Great view on the roof floor and we were able to grill and enjoy the pool.

Location was good but property had some issues, front door lock did not work half of the time. Sewer smell on first level, very bad, oven did not work, water pressure was terrible. Interior doors would not open periodically. Would not stay there again

Overall had a great experience here! The location is great and too far from anything, nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with 24hr security that was very helpful and cool if we had any questions and always willing to help out! Only reason I gave a 4 star review is because the down stair bathroom door handle was kind of broken and we got trapped in the bathroom for 15 minutes trying to open it lol. Also the water pressure was hit or miss, kinda seemed as if one shower can only run at a time or little to no water pressure will be available. Besides that I would stay here again and recommend to friends and others, we all had a great time!!

First time renting a house, great experience. We were in love with the house. Very clean, beyond pretty. The view was great! Definitely recommended. It’s in a private area and very secured. We will come back again. No issues with anything. Makes you feel like if you were in your own house.
