We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious beach house right on the beachfront! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and waves, with stunning ocean views from sunrise to sunset.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably fit our whole group. There was plenty of room to relax both inside and out — the open-concept living area made it easy to spend time together, while the bedrooms were quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially loved dining out on the patio with the sea breeze in the background.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, this beach house is the perfect home base. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We are been visiting Puerto Peñasco for 30 years and love staying in Las Conchas. Close to downtown and you can’t beat the location directly on the beach! The owner of the home called to check in and make sure we had a great stay. My only observation is that there seems to be a severe water shortage. We ran out of water on our last morning but the property management group was extremely responsive. I hope this is not a problem in Rocky Pointe in the future.

I would suggest that you could have drinking water so we dont have to go back to town to buy. I was Very impressed with the overall cleanliness and the small detail that made our stay so comfortable.
