Did not know it was pet friendly,no traces of animals.kitchen was fully stocked and clean.Miss Jane was a great host. Very quiet neighborhood. Really loved the old fort for morning walks to the beach. This is a really nice place to stay. Would stay here again

Large home, could be very beautiful. Mold and lots of dead and live bugs during our stay.

House was nice, location was away from traffic, and there was a neat Fort and Park right there to explore.

Everything was great just like last yesr.

Weekend trip with family. Walking distance to beach. Older kids enjoyed exploring Fort Freemont. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was as described and Jane was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

The house was nasty. We don’t think there were cleaners before we came. I contacted the host every day for 3 days about having the house cleaned or our cleaning fee removed, and she never responded. When we arrived there was a dirty rag and bottle of detergent in the washer. There was dog hair everywhere and the pillows and comforters were stained. We spent an entire day washing comforters and sheets. Would not stay again.

Plenty of space for my family and excellent location

Great house for a large group and a very friendly and helpful host. We had a group of 9 plus 2 pups in the house and there was plenty of space to accomodate all. Other than a minor issue with the hot water heater circuit breaker tripping once, no complaints. It should be noted we stayed in the middle of a winter cold snap, so that issue was probably weather related.

The good: I appreciate the Christmas tree they had set up, and the ample seating around the dining table, but from here it goes sharply downhill. The house has a serious mold and rot problem, inside and out. The couches were filthy and the linens were mildewy. Missing smoke detectors in the main bedroom. I hope substantial work goes into this property before someone gets hurt again.

Great spot for walks near fort & hidden gem of a beach. Property could use some updates, but was a good house for our large group, beds, baths, & kitchen had everything we needed.

This comfortable and unfussy house had plenty of space for four couples (could have had one more) plus a large screened porch, outdoor seating areas, and a pool table upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. There were missing or dead light bulbs in a number of fixtures; all of those should be checked by housekeepers before next rental. Overall, we would certainly rent this house again.

Really nice big house that had alot of history. Kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. Game room was nice for our grandchildren. Quiet neighborhood and loved the golfcart. Will rent again if need quiet vacation

We couldn't have asked for a better rental for our large family. It was a great experience.
