What an amazing place to stay!! Roberto and April were amazing hosts. The space was perfect!! Comfy beds, lots of space and amenities!Lovely veranda style balcony overlooking the pool and the Sea and so much grounds to explore!! Located close to everything and very convenient. Highly recommend!!

No warm water for showersA Big tree and greenery overgrown so you cant see the ocean. Sitting on the veranda and cant see the ocean.The room is old and not updated at all.The best thing was a wonderful property manager! Its the reason we stayed, he is great!

A great , secluded spot close to the center of Punta Gorda and less than 4 miles to Hillside Clinic where I served as a volunteer. Hosts and property managers were very engaging and helpful. Comfortable studio apartment, private bath, balcony , lovely pool and access to the ocean

The place was just what we needed clean very , beautifully private and comfortable. The pool was great. Loved the two dogs . Roberto very helpful and very useful was available if we needed anything. A great getaway . I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! It is a well-cared for property. The Managers were very available to us. The pool was great. Punta Gorda is a nice quiet town on the ocean. You need a car to get around but we were able to get one. All in all we loved our trip and are planning to return!

Great location right next to jungle and ocean. The house is very nice and has everything you would need for an extended stay. The caretaker was very attentive but not intrusive. Close enough to town to get supplies and a restaurant easily but also far enough from everything that you didn't hear any urban noises. What I did hear each morning was howler monkeys and toucans. The guard dogs are very sweet too. I would recomend this rental to anyone that wants a nice peaceful trip.

This little property...is a place you could call home!!!(if i could become a squatter) Beautiful Location, Family, and the dogs...love them!!! BETO is full of knowledge, great conversation, and great guide!!! We will be back!!!

This is a unique property. The main house on the estate is being renovated so we stayed in the very nice guest house. It was open clean and modern. Well air conditioned and screened. It is above a parking area which raises it up so that you have a grea view of the water from the large porch. The elevation also helps with birding from the porch. The pool is very nice and always clean. There is a secluded sitting area right by the water. The grounds are well maintained and include a large field that my son enjoyed jogging around and It also was ideal for birding since it was surrounded by jungle. The property is fenced,secure and private. Roberto who managed the property was helpful and friendly and available if needed though we never needed anything since everything was provided. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly.
