Beautiful waterfront property overlooking the sound

Comfortable home. We enjoyed our time there.

The rooms were very clean . Air conditioning was working great. The master bedroom had an absolutely gorgeous view from the bed . We could wake up to that view every morning. Outside outback we love the view of the sound. Neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. Love to hear the sound of the water . Beautiful weekend! We didn’t want to leave !! . We definitely would come come back!. The host so wonderful and helpful with the questions we may needed. Thank you for inviting us in to your lovely home !!

We loved this house! It was adorable with everything you could possibly need. The view from the main living area as well as the deck is incredible. We loved reading on the deck while watching the water. We saw a fish jump then even saw some dolphins. It is a really peaceful piece of property. The bathrooms are beautifully done. The kitchen was so organized with everything you might need to prepare food (even though we didn’t hahaha). The bed was also really comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!!!

We enjoyed the house and location - can't beat the relaxing water views. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Home renovation was well done. The reading nook was great. Even caught fish from the dock. Owner/management were great to work with and responded quickly.

We loved our stay here, where we celebrated a big birthday for my wife! The views are stunning, and the place is lovely and well-appointed. We'll definitely plan to pay another visit the next time we're planning to be out this way! :)

We had a wonderful stay The views from the back porch are absolutely beautiful! We loved to watch the sun set and star gaze from the dock. My kids swam right off the dock and we even saw a seal. The house is in a great location, it was very clean, updated and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

My wife, daughter and myself set out and wanted to explore Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills area a little more in depth. We found this gem and it met our needs. From the fully furnished house, to the neighborhood and scenic views from the dock and porch. We loved it, had a great time and hope to visit again.

Cool spot on the water. Neighborhood is ideal for a boating family, the community ramp is very close to the house. The dock and view are real nice. Place is good for a family of 4. Clean bathrooms, clean beds, clean kitchen. Love that. Could use a little TLC on the exterior but no real complaints from us. Kids loved it and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves.

Loved being right on the sound. My son fished alot. Location was close to everything.

Stayed here in mid May. The house and location were great (except for the AC). Beautiful view, very comfortable beds and big upstairs shower with great water pressure. Iron and board not included so take one if you need one. Laundry room is located in the carport area. Heads up! The temp in the house did not get above 74 degrees and temps got as high as 80 degrees. The temp was set to 68 degrees and the house got really humid because we had to open all of the windows.

Very nice place. Everything as listed. Clean. Great view. Head on pillow, lying on bed, one can see the moon shining on the sound's water at night. Lovely view at sunset as well from the backyard. However, to get the setting sun drop below the horizon sinking beneath the water view you have to go next block over. My family did that twice. My son said the house was a really great place. High praise as he usually complains about everywhere we go.

We just completed a wonderful stay at this Colington home. Amazing location on the water, could not be more peaceful or relaxing. Kids loved crabbing and fishing from the pier. The renovated house is beautiful and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

We loved that this house felt more like home than a tourist destination. The community has security, so we felt safe and secure. It had plenty of space for our family of four, and we loved the access to the dock. We accessed the beach from one of the public beach accesses where you could park. It is about 10 minutes from the main road in Kitty Hawk, but we are from WV, so 10 minutes is not a big deal for us. Overall great stay, would stay again.

Had a wonderful long weekend at this home. The house is really nice, exactly as pictured and clean. Don't be put off by the lack of reviews, its a great place. We spent a couple days just relaxing on the deck, swimming in the sound, fishing and playing games. We will definitely be back!
