Beautiful Townhouse In Historic District!

The home was lovely and full of charm. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and essential spices. The main bedroom has a huge bathroom with an awesome shower room. Our host was very quick to reply when we reached out with questions. The home is a short walk away from stop six of the Hop-on-off-tram ride.

First time visiting Savannah and WOW!! This city is MAGIC!! This property was a perfect place to call home while visiting. The street is known as one of the most beautiful streets in Savannah and it is!! Everything is walking distance. Communication and amenities were great. Everything you need!! The property was as described. Very clean and tidy, nicely decorated and well equipped.The location provides great walking access to the popular attractions and you can enjoy the beautiful architecture and gardens on the way. I think most people would enjoy this house and I would highly recommend.

We had some difficulty with the thermostats. No air upstairs the first night, however they came out to fix it the next day. so 2nd night was fine. The location was great. Very quiet and beautiful area of the city. I would suggest to host to flip the dinning room and living room. Makes more sense if the dinning is next to the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely and more reasonable in price than hotel.

A beautiful historic home with plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and we liked the kitchen. A/C and heat worked well. Place was clean. The washer and dryer was available to use and we like having the half bath in the main area by living room. The host communicated with any questions I had right away. I like the location and it’s a quiet safe area. Not too far away from downtown and closer to Forsyth park. Bonus is Clary’s cafe is walking distance right down the road.

Great location and such a beautiful place. Parking was sometimes a little bit of a hassle trying to find parking out front so we didn’t particularly like that however we made it work. I like the touch of gifting a bottle of wine to us as their guests. I thought that was very nice. There was no iron but Mary the host immediately had one delivered day within two hours. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfy maybe just need a couple more firmer pillows and blankets. The primary bathroom was cold and you could feel cold air coming in through the window next to the commode but the home does have good heating and the rest of the house felt warm. We do close the bathroom door when we sleep at every property since we use a night light so possibly why it stayed cold in there. Like I mentioned on another property review- I do wish owners would consider decorating for Christmas with a tree during this time period. It would’ve been even cozier but that’s just a personal preference. Also I loved that it had a lot of fireplaces however there was no option to have a fire going so that was a little bit of a downer. It’s still such a lovely place!

What a nice home to stay in. We were able to walk everywhere or Uber if needed last minute. We walked to coffee shops, book stores, restaurants, shopping and church tours. Great location! Our stay had rain every day but we still walked and had a wonderful time! Our hostess Mary was quick to say hello and please come back. Enjoyable stay!

This historical home was an enjoyable place stay. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Parking on the street was never an issue during our 5 night stay. Mary, the host, was excellent about answering any questions I had prior to my visit and quickly handled an issue during my visit. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

The property was in an amazing location, convenient to many tours, restaurants and shopping. Check in was super smooth. The house itself was very charming, had all the kitchen essentials we needed, and was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, roomy, very good location, walking distance to all our needs.

Everything about this historical home was a advertised. The home is sufficiently stocked with kitchen ware, etc for those who plan to cook (we did not.)Beds were comfortable, linens in good supply, good quality of AC and available ceiling fans. Two, healthy, active over 60 females, we felt very safe in and around the home and throughout our walks (so many of them!!!) in Savannah. Cobblestones and uneven bricks throughout the city will wreak havoc on the feet so bring your best shoes and watch where you step. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had so much fun! The food options throughout Savannah are amazing. We dedicated 1 full beach day on Tybee Island. It was a great break from walking. You can get a set of beach chairs and umbrella (50 for the day) to make it comfy.

We used this apartment for a three-day, four-night visit to historic Savannah. It's a great location for walking to everything we wanted to see in the historic area, so we didn't need to move our car until we headed out to Tybee Island for an afternoon. The kitchen is up to date and well-equipped. We enjoyed having breakfast on the shady back deck. I would choose this place again for a return visit.

We Loved it. Great location, beautiful home, solid….they don’t make them like this anymore. We loved the back porch. Everythg was wonderful. To improve your guests’ experience we have a couple of minor suggestions: the ice maker was jammed and didn’t make ice, the TV remote numbers were worn and didn’t work well, and the TV monitor was very difficult to see. Finally, instructions on how to work the TV would be helpful. Overall it was “paradise.” We would love to book it again in the future. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Nice property! Enjoyed our stay! Great location!!I may have expected more since it was on Jones Street....Better decorating, bathroom facing street did not have appropriate window covering...see thru at night! The shower is very small in that bathroom. Would I stay there again...probably so if available!

We had an amazing stay and it was a home away from home in the best location, quiet and ample parking on street, and everywhere 10-20 mins walk away. Having the back porch was great too. Huge rooms, very spacious - will come back.

Stay at the property on our first visits to Savannah. It is walkable to downtown although it is definitely a little bit of a way which you should consider, especially at the end of the day. They shower in the second bedroom was tight but we made it work and it was nice to have the two bedrooms with bathrooms to have a private place.

Everything was perfect and we enjoyed spending the holiday weekend in walking distance to all of our favorite Savannah locations. The home was freshly cleaned before we arrived and it was full of charming character.

Wonderful stay in this lovely historical home on beautiful Jones Street. The location is perfect for walking & exploring the city limits. We spent most of our time exploring the historical points of interest as well as exploring the riverfront area. The host is very accommodating & a delight to work with. Our group of four forever friends had a most memorable & wonderful adventure in the welcoming city of Savannah!

2 of our mornings we woke up to a man looking into our living room while fixing something outside the front door which we knew nothing about! He could see us sitting in our pajamas!! The owner definitely should’ve let us know that. All and all it was just ok… I wouldn’t stay there again but it would be fine if you don’t care about the details.
