Stayed Oct 3, 2025Very comfortable and clean (and next to Porchetta Shop!). Host was very responsive and the room was great. We frequent Charleston quite a bit and if you don't know the area, it's about a 10min walk from King. So if you don't mind getting your steps in...it's perfect.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Clean, nice room and thoughtful little gifts, snacks, touches that weren't advertised. Our room had private access to a bathroom and balcony, and they were decent. Nice and peaceful 10 min walk to downtown. Great host communications!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Very nice space. Nice new updates and special accommodations. Slippers, robes, and a bottle of wine awaited us. Look the balcony overlooking the street.Wonderful Italian Bistro next door. Will be back again.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024As the other reviewers said it was noisy, street noise from cars & busses but mostly noisy from other renters climbing creaky stairs right outside your door and clomping around above you. Also the bed was the loudest I have ever been in so don't expect a romantic get away. I had never had a place with a bathroom outside the unit & having to put in a code to go in the middle of the night was pretty inconvenient, but for the price these are the kinds of things one should expect, places in the same neighborhood rent for 3 to 4 times as much.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Did not realize this was a bedroom in a house with a detached bathroom. It worked out fine but we were not really crazy about the detached bathroom. The shower did not work right and water sprayed outside the shower. Patio needs some tender care
