Beautiful & Spacious Woodstock Home w/ Pool

Nice house.Could use a better maintenance and cleaning

If you are interested in the Catskills and the lovely local towns, this is a good house in an excellent location. It is large and will sleep many people. The in-ground pool is also a wonderful amenity.Unfortunately, the house was quite dirty when we arrived. The rugs upstairs were torn, sticky, and very old. They have to be replaced. We had to clean the kitchen when we arrived. The rest of the house was in similar condition. The whole house needs a good deep clean.That being said, we enjoyed the house and pool and our time there. If it were clean and well maintained, I would rate it much higher.

We had a great stay!

The house was very clean but there was a musty smell on the second floor. Also house has poor reception so definitely use the WiFi.

We’re a group of girlfriends who come to escape the city every summer for a weekend of grilling and pool time, and we had a wonderful stay. The hiccups that came up, Giordano helped rectify promptly and we really appreciate the open communication. It’s a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay.

We had to evacuate the premises very quickly 2 days in to our trip because electricity was turned off due to non payment for services by the property owner.

The host was magnificent. He was quick responding. We left our headphones He mailed them to me with no cost. We will stay there again.

We had a great time. However they said it was a walk to Woodstock. It is a 8 minute drive to town . place was clean. Beds were comfy Would come back.

Our stay at this Woodstock home was a great time away for a family that never gets to see one another. We each had a room that was comfortable and clean. Gathering in the Living room to watch the baseball playoffs (we brought a fire stick). The kitchen is huge and though we brought hoagies and ordered pizza to keep it simple, we found everything we needed. We had a bit of trouble getting the door open and resetting the WiFi but Giordano was right there via a quick text and helped us figure it out. Very responsive! The surrounding area was beautiful and we found a waterfall. We were to stay at a Marriott in Kingston but they cancelled almost the whole block of reservations a month before the wedding. This worked out ten times better for all of us. Very happy we booked here!

The house was located exactly where we needed it to be around family and friends. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Geo was super fast to respond and a great host. Thanks for the memories!
