Great property and location! Will def stay again.

Beautiful property in an excellent location! We very much enjoyed our first visit to Savannah. Everything was very smooth and easy.

The apartment was in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to everything. Beautiful setting for a girls trip or family vacation.

The main bath shower did not work. No water. Another unit attached had occupants smoking pot all night. Smell coming through the vents. Coffee pot had old coffee grinds still in the housing.

Beautiful property and great location. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

This property was in a wonderful location. It was clean and it was a great place to stay for myself and my little dog. Check in was seemless and easy!There was great shopping and coffee within walking distance. The high ceilings and feel of the place were great!The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because all of the rugs and furniture were crooked and out of place. The main rug in the living room was crooked, not under the couch and half way up onto the mantle of the fireplace. That kind of stuff drives me crazy! Especially when you are paying over 500 a night. I actually moved furniture and straightened the rugs as best I could because the room was not comfortable until I did so. Clean is important, but so is the placement of furnishings and accessories!

We had a great stay, the rental was perfect for us and couldn't ask for a better location. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Savannah.

Very welcoming for pets ( stairs were a bit steep). Very clean and welcoming. Loved the location to the parks and nearby shops. Lovely area!

Beautiful building and comfortable Historic House.

The home was lovely and well appointed! Beautiful decor and comfortable in a great location. The only negative was the residents up stairs were noisy and left large amazon orders inside the main door.

Our host, Lucky Savannah was very welcoming and responsive whenever we had questions. The historic house(or portion of it) we used was beautiful. Only suggestions would be to oil the hinges on the back bedroom door and fix the shower head on the bathroom for that bedroom. It only comes out as a stream. But overall, we really enjoyed staying at Southern Manor and working with Lucky Savannah.

Beautiful, clean, great location

Beautiful property in the perfect location. Had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

You may want to warn your guests about no parking on the streets on Tuesdays. That is the ONLY negative experience we had this week. Although they do list it on the signs, we didn’t read the details and got a citation. It was totally our mistake, but it would have been nice to have a heads up.

Beautiful apartment on beautiful Jones Street, the loveliest street in Savannah! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we visit – highly recommended!!!

Everything was clean and enjoyable.We were glad to have a kitchen area and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms and separate bathrooms were great.Loved the Savannah area and was able to walk and use a Uber to get around.The fireworks were amazing.Also went to Tybee Island 2 days.

Great place, great location.

The home, furnishing, art and location were beautiful. What was lacking were the simple amenities that are basic in an air B&B. For a family of six we were provided two trash bags, detergent for one load of laundry, two rolls of the cheapest toilet paper (we ran out and had to run and pick some up), no salt and pepper or sugar, coffee for one morning. It was very strange, we had to call and get pillows for the pull out. It also could use a deep clean. For a rental that was almost 5,000.00 it was strange. The only thing I can imagine was the management company is either trying to cut corners or they aren’t adjusting for bookings. Our family enjoyed our time, we did not enjoy having to run out constantly to get basic supplies. There is room for improvement, but the apartment is very pretty.

Charming! The property was just as pictured and described. We had no issues finding street parking on front and rarely used the reserved spaces behind the property. Loved the layout! Bedrooms were located one in front & one behind with 2 bathrooms buffering the walls.

Beautiful property. Walking proximity to everywhere in historic district. Easy to book, easy access instructions, parking available, responsive hosts.

It was immaculate and I mean IMMACULATE! I dropped my glasses under the nightstand and there wasn’t even one spec of dust under there! The location on Jones street is one of the best spots in Savannah. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. I have three suggestions for the management company which I would expect to find at this price point:1) There was a coffee pot with a sample of coffee but no coffee filters, creamers or sugar packets. 2) Needs more than one dish towel. 3) Needs a box of tissues. The toilet paper quality was terrible (single ply, felt like gift wrap tissue) and there were no facial tissues. First hotel/rental I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have one! These are minor issues that can easily be corrected and wouldn’t deter me from renting again. Thanks!

Loved the house and the location. Only negative was the bedroom facing the street was a little cold, but we were there in January. Otherwise it was a great rental.

This was a wonderful unit for our mother-daughter girls weekend.

The property was very clean and accommodated us very well. It was on a very pretty street and was within walking distance to many restaurants and places to see.

A friend and I had never been to Savannah, and we were thrilled by the location of Parlour Suite Four. We never had to use the car to see lots of sights. It was very easy to contact management with any questions that we had.

The property was absolutely amazing. Located in historic Savannah you are with in walking distance to a number of historical homes. The perfect place for a 50th anniversary get away..
