The property is amazing and surpasses expecations. With sea views and every detail you could possibly want, taken into consideration, we couldn't have asked for any more! My boys affectionately labelled the propertly the 'Buckingham Palace of North Wales!' Adrian & Fiona are the most accommodating and hospitable hosts and we will most definately be coming back - for a much longer stay!

A fabulous property that was everything described and more. The well equipped kitchen was great for catering for the family and the location perfect for walking, the beach and trips to Barmouth. The sea views and sunsets from the patio and balcony were amazing!! The communication with the hosts, before, during and after our stay was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble, even returning an item that we had mistakenly left behind. Would highly recommend this property.

We’ve stayed in many holiday homes in the past but nothing compares to this one. After a long exhausting 5 hour drive, entering in a property as such will give you goosebumps. As soon as we opened the front door the fresh smells and the cleanliness was made very apparent. Being someone who is very ocd about things being clean I was very very impressed. That exhaustion that we had from the drive disappeared as soon as we entered. The decor is absolutely stunning. It has a beautiful panoramic conservatory which in the summer would so beautiful. The beds were also very comfy unlike most other holiday homes where they have cheap springy mattresses. Everything was at our disposal. The owner had left us some essentials such as milk and cereal which was very kind of. Communication with the owner was also very good. We got nice speedy replies and with so much kindness. There’s about 3/4 cars that can fit on the driveway so no need to worry. We had also requested that the heating be turned on an hour before arrival and the host accommodated for that. The property is very very nice and warm. The information guide was very very helpful. I honestly have nothing that this property could improve on. I’ll definitely be recommending this to my friends and family. A side note, if you really want to enjoy this property 2 nights is definitely not enough. You’ll need AT LEAST 4 nights to enjoy this property. I’ll definitely be booking again.

I loved my three nights away at this stunning property. It is located in a small village by the beach. The house is spacious, fresh, well equipped and all the rooms are immaculate and beautifully furnished. Great for families and couples. Big comfy beds, excellent showers, super fast WiFi, smart TVs…the list is endless and the owners have thought of everything. Lots of little extra touches to really make you feel comfortable and at home. The Guest Pack on arrival is full of information about the house and places to eat, visit, train stations etc. Essentials had also kindly been left for our stay. The sea view and sunsets from the lounge and the upstairs balcony are just perfect. You can sit back, watch and enjoy ! The property is in such a good location for you to explore lots of places in Wales. You can then return to this beautiful home to relax after a busy day. Within approximately a five to ten minute drive you can go along the coast to Barmouth or in the opposite direction to Harlech. Beautiful, coastal roads and Harlech Castle is a must see ! Thank you, I look forward to returning and will definitely be recommending to family and friends !
