Owners were lovely, leaving wine and cake and tea bag, that was a really nice touch. Property was clean and large enough for all of us. The bathroom steamed up a lot when we all showered, and could do a stronger fan! Ideally situated 5 minutes from Barmouth, shame there wasn’t a local pub!
