Newer construction with beautiful ocean views. This bright and modern ocean view house has everything you need to enjoy the city of Solana Beach. Incredible sweeping views from the deck, kitchen and living room. This house was built to enjoy indoor and outdoor CA living. The fully fenced front yard offers an area for your dogs to roam free while you relax in the fully furnished deck.
Inside the home you will enjoy an open concept living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. You enter the property through a gate that will lead you on to a beautifully landscaped yard with a path that will take you to the front door of the house.

As you enter the house you are greeted by beautiful panoramic views along the LR and kitchen windows. Kitchen has a nice size pantry and plenty of cabinets for storage. To the left as you walk in, a hallway will lead you into the three bedrooms with the W/D on the right. Every bedroom has a nice size closet. The largest primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with large drawers to store your belongings.

There is a large set of glass sliding doors that open completely from the Kitchen/LR to the large deck. Deck has a nice size seating area and a large dining room table that accommodates 8 people. The house does not have a formal DR inside. There are two ceiling heaters for cooler nights. A grill is also on the deck.

This house will make your stay comfortable and convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of fresh linens. House has central air and fiber optic internet allowing faster internet speeds. There is one parking spot in the driveway and an additional spot below the driveway.

* One cleaning included in your rental if you check pets (second week of your stay if you are
only staying 30 days)
*Easy access to many great restaurants, grocery stores and many other businesses. without the traffic hassle other beach towns have. (Starbucks, CVS, Vons, and Sprouts are less than a mile away)
*We personally manage and stay at this home often paying attention to every small detail, adding touches and updating decor to make it better. Furniture in pictures might be slightly different.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
*This home is in a quiet family neighborhood.
* House is 1200 sq feet. We've maximized the space with an additional 800 sq feet large deck to allow for indoor/outdoor living.
* No garage, but assigned parking in the driveway and spots below. Special arrangements need to be made if bringing more than two cars.
*We only book full months July through December. (From the 1st to the last of the month). Anything else will be reviewed even under instant booking.
*This house sits on a hill behind a front house. We built it on the same lot. Both houses are fenced and completely independent from each other with separate entrances.
Only shared area is the driveway.
* We have several return customers at different times of the year making it hard to show it prior to rental. House sits on a hill and is fully fenced so it's difficult to get any perspective from a drive by.
*Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere in the property including outside areas.
* We are one of the few houses in Solana Beach that accepts dogs. Our pet rules are attached. Please make sure you read them and ask away if needed.
*You are in a beach community where houses are still very close to each other, noise travels easy.
* We have an EV outlet. You will need to bring your own cord.

    We loved our stay, the house was thoughtfully laid out, well stocked and furnished with obvious pride in ownership. The covered deck is the cherry on top with a beautiful deck with the ocean view. I loved the neighborhood, exactly a mile walk to beach and great access to Annie’s hike which I did every day. Tried to extend our stay but was already booked out that’s how much we liked it. If I had to make a suggestion the only one would be the king bed was way too soft, the topper made it worse so we pulled that out. Easily done. Allowing the dogs to do their business on the rocks would help as most dogs gravitate to that with easy cleanup. Again call us if you have a Jan. Feb. opening- we will be there. Cheers

    This home was perfect for our month long vacation. The property was spotless, and the attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The views are beautiful. Host communications was excellent and easy check-in/check-out. We were sorry to leave but excited to come back next year!!

    This wonderful home was PERFECT! It was very clean, organized/tidy, and well stocked. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping/dining, and walkable to the beach. We had such a wonderful stay here for the month of November and Thanksgiving. The nice set up on the patio/deck made it special for us to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean and phenomenal sunsets everyday. The owners, Chip and Melisa, were very communicative, accommodating and responsive; very nice couple. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. LOVE to stay here again!

    This is our 3rd year staying at this property & it has always been wonderful. The photos are a great representation of the home. We especially love the outdoor deck where we would watch many beautiful sunsets. Melisa & Chip are spot on with any question or issue that comes up. We would definitely stay a 4th time!

    We had the most amazing stay at this perfect home away from home. Ocean view for days…the home is immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. With the fully open sliders, we had indoor/outdoor living every day. Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, shopping (Cedros!) and dining, and easy access to the 5 and the PCH. Super responsive hosts. We’ve already booked again!

    The house was great. The neighborhood was walkable to many restaurants, such as Claire’s (yum), and the beach was less than a mile away. Definitely an outdoor/indoor living space to enjoy the lovely California weather! We took daily walks and came to love feeling a part of the residential area. The hosts were great and very kind and responsive. I would stay here again 100%. We stayed with two golden retrievers and they had a wonderful time, as well.

    For second year in a row, we spent 6 weeks in February and March at this wonderful property on a quiet street in Solana Beach with a multimillion dollar view of the Pacific ocean. Like last year, everything was spotless on our arrival. The hosts couldn't be nicer or more responsive. I highly recommend this property.

    This was our second time at this nice property. Everything is clean, comfortable & the owners are responsive with any small question we had. The view is beautiful & the kitchen is well stocked. We will stay here again & again!!
