Beautiful Oceanfront Home with Jacuzzi

Our stay was lovely. Right on the beach with a beach overlooking hot tub... just dreamy. The host, Spencer, was very responsive to questions and very kind. The property is very close to the train tracks, and near a road crossing so you can hear a loud train horn when the train approaches, esp in the back bedroom. It was a bit hard to sleep on the first night (a Saturday), but we noticed it less and less each night. Not sure if we got use to it or if there were just less trains the other nights.

Five Star location! On the sand, unobstructed views of the water and awesome sunsets!Home is clean, bedding was fresh and beds comfortable. Nice location away from the hustle and bussel in Santa Barbara, yet with close proximity to Santa Barbara as well as quaint, downtown Carpinteria. Definitely would stay here again!

I feel that we should be credited for some of the cleaning fee considering the coffee pot had old coffee in it, the carpets had stains, which I found Resolve in the pantry and cleaned the biggest stains myself. For that expensive price, none of that should be the case. This page will not let me upload the pictures.The beds and linens were very comfortable and nice; the couch could use some better cushions (not super comfortable) and the tv in the smaller bedroom needs a definite update. Streaming any channels was horrible. The smaller bathroom needs a new shower head due to very little water pressure and an extremely long time to heat up. The hot tub needed a new part to heat it up, which was repaired that day we called. The beach is filled with tar and the house is less than 20 yards from railroad tracks. Not worth the nightly price we paid. A credit is requested.

The location was so serene and peaceful!We saw porpoises and the water was wonderful.Spencer was so helpful and so personable.This is a wonderful spot. We hope to return next summer! Thank you for everything!

I've stayed at this property 3 (now 4) times since 2012. It is starting to be in need of repair and update. the kitchen faucet leaks and the the refrigerator is so temperamental that it should be replaced, (it's unsuitable for families, in that if you do not close it just right, it stops working.) The flatware is old and not even a full set we had to buy disposable unless we wanted to wash our two spoons repeatedly. There were 3 total plastic cups (for the outside use as required ) so we had to buy cups as well. Kitchen had ants upon arrival and throughout the stay. It's clear this is an ongoing problem as raid was found handy under the kitchen sink.

Amazing property with great access to the beach. Spacious home with great kitchen space and comfortable living amenities. Great communication for checking in.

The location was superb. We always had access to the beach even at high tide. The hot tub was so relaxing. The train horned about twice a day, but it did not seem very disruptive. The furnishings were comfortable and the beds were great. We would recommend it to a friend or stay here again.

Great place, some flaws, but location is outstanding. Train tracks are 50 yards away, but the beach, views, and outdoor space more than make up for the noise.

Wonderful home on the sand with the ocean as your backyard with a jacuzzi. Very nicely furnished with everything that you need. Relaxing and calming to get away from it all! We loved everything about this home and plan to return. Perfect Zen time :)

Incredible Beach Property. Accessible management. Called at 12:30 AM when we arrived and got the answers we needed. Sent repairman for washer quickly. Offered to reimburse for my receipt for laundry- have not received the reimbursement yet. Other than the washer not working the 1st day, this was a vacation in Paradise. Stunning property and views. If I ever come back to California, I would love to stay here again. Copay enough good things.
