Beautiful, Large, Pet Friendly, 4 Bedroom House In West End Meadowview Heights.

House was pretty, well maintained and stocked in a great location for us. We encountered no issues during our stay but the property manager was responsive and helpful with our questions in advance.

This property was the perfect getaway! Spacious, clean, and located in a picturesque neighborhood. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck and walking into town. Would highly recommend!

Stayed for a week in June with our three adult children, their SOs and our dog. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. Well stocked with cleaning supplies and standard cooking ingredients. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the large deck which had plenty of furniture. The downstairs suite was much appreciated by the young couple who had to work every morning. A previous review mentioned a musty odor downstairs but none was present during our stay. Great location. Walking distance to town. A short drive to the gorgeous beaches. There is a bike rental shop at the end of the street. We rented bikes and rode on the trails of the Cape Cod National Seashore about a ten minute bike ride away. The best! I would definitely return if given the opportunity and will recommend the house.

The house, with bedrooms on 3 levels, was perfect for our 5 person crew (2 + 2 + 1) with 2 small/medium dogs. A minor issue when checking in, but a quick call to Dan and he solved it within 15 minutes - great responsiveness!

The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely furnished, has everything we needed. Dishwasher was a bit funky but did work. The neighborhood was beautiful and an easy walk into P-town. Just 1.5 miles from beautiful National Seashore beaches We had an awesome time ! Would definitely consider renting again if available

Was the perfect quiet getaway close to the fun and hustle of commercial street and the beaches. Loved it.

Overall the place was very clean with the exception of the private quarters downstairs had a strong dark cent when we arrived. The smell was very apparent when she open the door to the downstairs I did inquire to the manager and he did send some air scent refreshers. I recommend that the rugs and sofa the area in the private quarters be thoroughly cleaned. It was explained to me that the rental is pet friendly however to me that does not give me that should smell like dogs or animals. The dishwasher is a bit fussy to get started and there is no instruction manual available so it would probably be a good idea to add a note along with the other informational. Things posted on the refrigerator. The stay was nice, and the place was very clean and a great location!
