Beautiful Lakefront Retreat with Private Dock

Beautiful, comfortable home right on the water. Spectacular views from the living room! The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We loved staying there!

Home was very comfortable. We immediately felt like home. Plenty of space to spread out.

It’s a beautiful piece of property. Checking in was a breeze. We enjoyed the view of the lake and sitting on the back screened porch the most. The grill came in very handy. The walk in the neighborhood was very pleasant and the neighbors were friendly and kind. Unfortunately we had a few issues that needed to be ironed out. David tried to address them to the best of his ability. In my opinion the interior of the home may need some updating with the furniture. The couch and dining room chairs were a wee bit uncomfortable. I am sure it’s on the list to improve in the coming months. Again the sitting on the dock by the lake was very refreshing and peaceful.

Second time staying at this property and will definitely go back again. Very peaceful and serene.

Beautiful Lakefront House Property. Wonderful views on a crystal clear lake. We had no need to leave the property. Our family loved our stay .

This was one of our favorite properties we have stayed at in recent history. It was located on the shore of Squantz Pond in a quiet neighborhood. The property is well-maintained, and we found it to be very well-appointed for our needs. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, spices, and various kitchen stuff. Check in was easy and communication was good with the host. Check out was also super-simple without those incredibly long lists of tasks that some hosts make you perform before leaving. We relaxed by the lake, enjoyed the screened porch and deck, grilled delicious food, and slept soundly in the comfortable beds. Recommended.

Lovely property on Squantz Pond. Host was very accommodating and accessible. Even though the weather had a little chill we were able to sit out on dock and fish and enjoy the wonderful view. Spent time hiking the trail on the other side and even though it was strenuous, there was a lot of beauty (rocks, boulders, waterfalls, birds, etc.). Also able to grill and cook for family visits as kitchen was fully stocked. Loved it!!
