Stayed May 14, 2026The Boathouse was perfect. Rustic, serene, and peaceful. It had a little bit of everything, sunrise coffee, rainbows, and amazing night sky. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The house location is amazing. Coffee by the lake in the morning was A. The neighborhood is lovely. I love the traditional camp feel. The fireplace was so nice on one of the colder nights.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Quintessential Vermont camp for a quiet getaway on the lake. It was perfect for our family of 5 (kids are 11,13,16) with fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding off the dock with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Definitely on our list of places to stay again!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Great location and ample water sports equipment. But upstairs lacks insulation and windows need replacement, which makes sleeping during the summer season problematic since there is no A/C.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The property was exactly as described and more! A beautiful spot on Lake Champlain, perfect for our family’s getaway. Neighbors, Harry and Cassie, were hospitable, helpful in recommending places to eat and visit, and were extremely welcoming! We hope to get the opportunity to stay at The Boathouse again very soon!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The Boathouse is in a great location on the lake, and it is a typical old-time summer lake cottage, but it needs some attention to provide guests a better experience. We did have a few issues while there, and the host was responsive. I would caution potential renters that this is a rustic experience. And while the interior was relatively clean, we had to clean a lot of spiders, webs, and dirt from the from porch and the kayaks to make them useable.The next door neighbors Harry and wife Cassie were awesome, and very helpful!

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We enjoyed a few lovely days at the Boat House with friends and family. The camp is rustic but has a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, clean linens and comfy beds. We loved the location, neighbors are friendly, and overall - it's just a peaceful and relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. We hope to be back!!
