Beautiful Island Beach Home 2 MIN WALK to The Beach

Well equipped kitchen. Great location.

Yes, the kitchen was fully equiped even through we were not there long enough to enjoy the kitchen. Room were perfect and exactly what was pictured on line. The balcony was great along with the down stairs to entertain family. The only issue we had was the outside garbabe can was fully when we arrived and was not empited until Saturday morning but we managed.

This home was a perfect beach retreat. The very short walk to the beach was perfect for morning dog walks. The 4 bedrooms and SEVEN beds offered more room than we needed, but the setup would be perfect for a large family or friend reunion. The close proximity to the Sunset Beach pier made for easy fishing trips. We highly recommend this beautiful beach house. We'd love to visit again!

They were amazing. Communication was great and the house was lovely. Perfect for a family vacation. Beautiful spot. Close to the beach, close to anything you could need. Very calm and relaxing place and the porch was where I spent most of my time reading. The beach was gorgeous. Very clean! The house had everything you needed to cook and plenty of space for Holiday meals. Would love to comd stay again. Very understanding couple.

Great place to enjoy Sunset with friends

I had a great girls weekend at this house. Beds super comfortable, good , functional kitchen, and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Used the beach wagon for the beach. Would consider another stay in the future.

We loved this house! It was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.The outdoor living room under the house was great and the outdoor shower was huge! Lots of comfy patio furniture on the screened in porch. The beach access is directly at the end of the street, just a short walk and the perfect location far enough away from the public beach access and pier so it’s not a crowded area of the beach. The beach closet had all kinds of chairs, sand toys, and beach carts to use. Ping was a great host and very communicative!

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The unit could use some new pots and pans. Other than that no complaints.

The house was wonderful, and very clean and well kept when we got there. It was as close to the beach as advertised, and the screened in porch being a great place to congregate. We did have some minor problems with a couple things but Mrs. Ping was always in contact with us and worked to resolve them, very professional in her responses as well!

Perfect place to stay it was so nice and enough room for everyone next time I will definitely book with them again.

Wonderful house for our daughter and son-in-law and their wedding party. Great areas to hang out, super close to the beach, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Note that you need to rent or bring all linens (sheets/towels/…) and bring/buy paper products, soap, dish liquid, trash bags, … Great value for this rental. Highly recommend.

The house and location were perfect. Just as described and it was very comfortable. Great neighborhood! Owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Only surprise was there was no linens or paper products provided. It was mentioned in the listing but I missed it until we got there. Thankfully there was a Wal-Mart close by. Local food was also amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
