Beautiful house for your Montrose getaway

Karen has made this place a home away from home! She has decorated charmingly. House was spotless and anything you might need in the kitchen was provided. The location is super convenient. Karen took care of us, even when we locked ourselves out!!

This was our second stay at this property. It is perfectly located for our activity, and we really enjoy interacting with Karen!

This house was just what we needed for our stay in Montrose. It was close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for me. I was in town for a horse show at the Events Center, and the house was less than 5 minutes away! The house is impeccable! Very clean and very cute. I left a number of things behind, and Karen was kind enough to get it all sent back to me.

Lovely and simple place in the charming older part of Montrose near Lions Park and its trail system along the arroyo. Super clean. Nicely restored home with new wood floors throughout (not bathroom; tiles there). Friendly neighbor. Peaceful backyard with table and umbrella. I took one point off only because there are some pretty lux VRBO rentals out there! This is clean and basic with a nice kitchen, good floor plan. Washer and dryer.

Pleasant quiet peaceful house to stay in middle of Montrose. Easy to find and central to everything. Beds were great!

Montrose and the surrounding area have a lot to offer and this place is a clean, comfortable home away from home. The owner was flexible in certain aspects of our stay, which was much appreciated. We would stay again.

The house is a cute grey with red door. We arrived late afternoon, couldnt get the keyless lock to work, but the owner very graciously sent her son over with a set of keys. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise! We didnt use the stove, I dont cook when on vacation. I am 77 and my hubby is 80 (ALZHEIMERS). Our toilets at home r much higher, we both struggled with the low one. Karen has some really neat and intersting decorating items. Love the red! When we were first married we bought our house about 5 blocks south of this one so we knew the area well. Karen has thought of everything needed! Thanks! Sherri

Home was kept very clean and came equipped with everything we needed and more. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, downtown Montrose and shopping/restaurants 10 min away. We would stay again
