Welcome to this adorable elevated beach cottage on beautiful Isle of Palms, located just across the street from the beach. With 2,150 square feet of comfortable coastal living space, this charming home is perfect for family vacations and relaxing beach getaways.

The home features a full-length screened porch where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, along with a spacious open-concept living area that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen into one inviting gathering space. There is plenty of seating for everyone, a large flat-screen TV, and a beautifully designed kitchen complete with a large center island and breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen on the main floor, you will also find a conveniently located laundry room.

There are four bedrooms on the main floor, plus a charming crow’s nest on the third floor that doubles as a fifth bedroom and opens onto a private sundeck — the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

The oversized primary suite offers a relaxing sitting area and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. Bedding accommodations include two king beds, one full bed, and three twin beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and groups alike.

Reviewer Comments: 2703 Palm Blvd is a comfortable renovated legacy beach cottage that has a well laid out kitchen with excellent appliances, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and comfortable living room furniture. The front screened porch was also nice and well used. Also nice to have digital locks.

This older Isle of Palm beach house has been renovated to include a large modern kitchen with open floor plan, a large master suite with tiled shower and garden tub, four downstair bedrooms with full bath across the hallway, and a bedroom upstairs with outside balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a nice size laundry room with washer and dryer next to the kitchen and easy internet access and cable. A screened porch across the front has a hammock, table, and rocking chairs --- perfect to relax on after a day at the beach.A secure garage area beneath the house is perfect for storing kayaks, surfboards, beach chairs etc. A water faucet and hose in front of the house is great to wash away sand, and a larger shower at the rear of the house is for more serious showering.. There is plenty of off road parking. Access to the beach is directly across the street. Nearby shopping and restaurants make for a perfect summer getaway.

    The house and layout were exactly what my family needed. The outdoor showers and foot wash were perfect for adults and the litttle ones! Right across the street from the beach and a block from a great playground. It was an amazing stay!

    Property was great but could have used extra toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels for a 5 bedroom house. House had 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and 2 extra trash bags for a 5 day stay. There are also no staple pantry items stocked in the house. No aluminum foil or plastic wrap. No beach chairs.
