Stayed Sep 21, 2020My husband and I had a great time at Matt & Elaine's property. The neighborhood was very quiet this time of year and most of the time we had the whole beach to ourselves. My in-laws came to visit one day and we enjoyed sitting out on the big front deck after getting back from the beach. It was also so nice to open the front and back doors and let the cross breeze blow through the living area when we sat inside. It was nice having an extra tv in the master bedroom, plenty of games and books and the option to use the outdoor shower, grill, and fire pit. My mother-in-law said the outdoor shower got nice and hot and was fantastic. This would be the perfect place for a group, especially in the summer time!

Stayed Jun 25, 2020Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. COVID appropriate. Perfect location for the beach. Duplex renting with friends a great set up!! Outdoor shower is great!! Would rent again!

Stayed Sep 9, 2019Each time I needed to contact the owner, Matt, I received an immediate response. The house was darling, clean, and welcoming. Bathroom is small, sink is really small in there, but serves the purpose. When using the shower, drain was extremely slow. I did let the owner know about this as we left. .Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach.
