Stayed Aug 1, 20257 of us stayed over a 3 day weekend. Short drive to downtown of 3 cities. 2 levels plus rooftop balcony. My family had a great time here with large modern kitchen and extra large living/ great room. Parking for 2 large vehicles and a 3rd smaller. Ping pong table in garage, huge flat screen and multiple patios. Dustan was great. We do recommend for patries of 6-8 families, companies or young adults.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This property is well furnished, spacious and just perfect for family or a gathering of friends on Ocean Dunes/Pismo Beach area. With the view, steps from the beach, and multiple fireplaces and well appointed kitchen it was very enjoyable for our entire family.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024This was one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The furniture and layout of the living room is nice, the kitchen is huge, bathrooms are unique, comfortable bedrooms and an amazing upper balcony. Five minute drive to good food and other places to have fun. Would stay again 10/10.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024This property was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for a family weekend near pismo beach. Dustan was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. He even accommodated our group with an early check in request and was available anytime by text. The family room area is so large and perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the rooftop firepit at night while roasting s'mores. The location is perfect- about 10 min from pismo beach where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We were there to attend a white coat ceremony in arroyo grande and the location made it so convenient... I'm looking forward to booking this home again when it comes time for graduation.
