This two bedroom house is ideal for small families or two couples seeking an unforgettable getaway. You can walk to the restaurants and stores on Main Street, only 4 blocks away, or head over to the parks with tennis and pickle ball courts, cultural center, and recreational center.

Use it as a base for a visit to Mesa Verde National Park (13 miles), Canyon of the Ancients (11 miles), Crow Canyon (5 miles), explore some of the mountain bike trails, or do a scenic drive such as the Million Dollar Highway and San Juan Skyway. Enjoy majestic mountain views along the way and experience serene forests and rivers while visiting places such as Telluride, Ouray, Silverton, and Durango.


After a day of activities or exploring the region, you will be glad to retire to the popular Adobe CoCo. It has authentic and artful touches, but has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern amenities. It will easily sleep 5 people. There are two bedrooms each featuring a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and nightstands, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living area and kitchen spill into one another, making it easy to visit with one another. The house is equipped with an air conditioner. The full bathroom with shower/tub combination was recently renovated. And for your convenience, you’ll find a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This property boasts an outdoor patio that is ideal for your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine! The property has a fully fenced in yard and a private driveway for two cars, in addition to on street parking. Best of all, your dog is welcome to join you!

    This is a fine property. It is perfect for a small family or two couples or even a couple. Everything you need is provided and the communication with the owner/manager is excellent. The location is great. Only a few blocks from the downtown restaurants and shops but in a quiet neighborhood.

    We enjoyed the property location. Close to all amenities. Beds comfortable, nice kitchen area, and loved the gas grill. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the pets and the patio seating was great. Nice towels! If you cook much while staying here, you may want to bring your own spices. We brought our own paper towels, and definitely needed them. We were a little concerned about the livingroom furniture as the sturdiness was questionable. Overall, we were very happy and will return if they'll have us.

    I went to Cortez to visit an old friend and needed a place nearby. This property is about two blocks to the Main Street but nestled in a quiet town neighborhood. Everything was newer/updated in the remodeled adobe casa. The front porch was great for the morning coffee and breakfast. All the boxes were checked and I had I great stay.
