Beautiful Adobe Built House with Ocean View, Solar Heated Pool, and Great Garden

This home is in a great location! The outdoor space is incredible and the pool was perfect. Tons of space in the home to spread out as well!

We could not be more happy with our stay! Loved the comfortable space and lovely warm pool. House had everything we needed. The short walk to a huge expansive beach for a stroll was so nice. Great restaurants not too far off. Erik communicated throughout the process and offered many suggestions for area. We will be back to this fantastic rental!

Erik was helpful and easy to correspond with. Pool was wonderful- plenty warm. We enjoyed the terraces and porches.

The house is beautiful and clean, the photos in the VRBO listing are accurate. We loved all the comfy outdoor seating, and the abundant gardens create privacy. There's a sea view from one of the upper decks and a partial view from the lower covered deck. The heated pool was a treat, the temperature fluctuated from 78 to 84 deg. The wifi was fast and reliable. We didn't use it but there is A/C in each of the bedrooms. The host was responsive and helpful.We enjoyed our time and recommend this house and amenities, however, future guests need to know a couple of things: 1) We believe there will soon be construction in the adjacent lot. For our 1st week a crew of 4 landscapers worked the lot and set up their lunch/break area in the shade on the fence line about 20 feet from the pool, and a portable toilet was placed on the fence line at the front of the property. While the foliage creates privacy screening, we felt their proximity and noise (loud talking, music) was intrusive. They worked every business day that week from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The 2nd week started badly with 3 dump truck loads of soil delivered early on Monday morning, however thankfully it was quiet the rest of the 2nd week. 2) The photos show full sun on the pool; late Jan/early Feb, about 3/4 of the pool had sun at about noon for an hour, otherwise only the small sun shelf had sun most of the day and the in-pool seating got sun late afternoon. A bit of a disappointment for this sun worshipper.

The house was great and exactly as described. Erik was communicative and responsive throughout the stay. We are looking forward to coming back.

The house was spacious, well-equipped and in a convenient location! The inviting wrap-around porch and pool were brilliant places to relax and the morning and evening walks to the beach to catch sunrise and sunset were memorable. Erik, the owner, was responsive every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return ourselves.

We stayed here for 10 days and loved every minute of it. The house size and layout was perfect for our friends and family. The pool was beautiful and private. The landscape is amazing. Not far from markets, restaurants and corner stores. The host was always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back.

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The pool is lovely, the kitchen well-stocked, and the house so comfortable. It's also located in a safe neighbourhood with easy access to the beach. Erik is an extremely helpful host. Our son was sick, and Erik provided information on the right cold medicine to get (including pictures!) and the location of the hospital and pharmacies.

A very nice extended family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and to turtle hatching foundation. The pool was excellent and the rooms and beds good. Water was very clean with filtering system. Some lighting a little hard to figure out but a very good property.

We enjoyed our stay here with another family. Erik was very accommodating of our two small children and had portable cribs and high chairs available. Check in was very easy and Erik was responsive to the questions we had during our stay.The house is spacious, and the outdoor space, in particular, is gorgeous. We really enjoyed the pool!A few things worth noting:1. The home's interior living room felt cluttered to us. 2. The house doesn't have a hot tub, as mentioned in the listing.3. The location was about 3km away (further north of Todos Santos) from where we thought it would be based on the map on VRBO. Erik sent us the home's location with the check-in instructions. The neighborhood is great, and it's a short walk to the beach, but we were further from town than we expected.

We had a lovely stay at Eric’s property with my infant and grandparents. Family members of all ages and stages had a great time lounging by the pool and strolling to the nearby beach to watch the whales swim by right off shore. The house is cozy and well equipped for longer stays. Highly recommend this house for a large group trip in the Todos Santos area!

Erik had everything outlined for us before the arrival process. He even included his favorite recommendations in town and what not to miss.The home was large and full of amenities. Very comfortable beds as well! The garden was quiet and serene while catching sun by the pool. The neighborhood has so many culinary options we ate our way through town.Highly recommend this place!

Casa Adobe was a wonderful place to stay. The home is interestingly decorated with beautiful artwork. In addition, place is well laid out with a nice pool. It is comfortable and well-equipped. It is convenient to the beach, about a 10 minute walk away, and close to restaurants and shopping. The host Eric was very helpful and responsive.

The outside space is wonderful with views of the crashing waves from the veranda. The pool is small but lovely. It is about 10 minute walk to the beach, however, you cannot swim on this beach. The Turtle release at sunset was a highlight. The town of Todos Santos is lovely with great restaurants and shops.However the house was not up to our expected standard of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen did not have lower shelves in the cabinets so much of the cooking utensils were on the concrete floor. The concrete worktop always felt dirty. The furniture was very old and not inviting. The living area was very cluttered making the house very messy and not relaxing. There were used drinking glasses on the mantel which I found distressing. If it wasn’t for the outside space I wouldn’t have enjoyed my stay at all.

We had a wonderful time and Erik was a great host. The location, condition and accuracy of the listing was perfect. The house was comfortable and clean. We will certainly return!

Our group of 3 senior citizens stayed the first week of December, and had a great time. The house is spacious with multiple seating areas inside and out. It is is very nicely furnished and beds cljmfordtable. kitchen is well stocked and user friendly. The host, Erik, was most helpful, prompt ins responding to text messages, and an excellent source of information. The Neighborhood is comprised of many spacious fine dwellings and the property felt very secure. The beach is expansive, clean, and we encountered few people The only negative I can think of is that the huge upstairs master bedroom is up a rather steep staircase not suitable for unstable or arthritic persons. The head covered pool very clean and inviting. The property has extraordinary variety of plants and trees and feels very private. IN all, a great place to tay for a group or family.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Adobe and Erik our host was available and conscience. The home is very nice and we hosted a small gathering of friends who all loved the home as well. We would return.

We loved staying at the Adobe house! It was perfect for our group of 5, very spacious with lots of seating and room for everyone to lounge, indoors and out. You can tell that this is a property that is well-loved and taken care of. The pool was gorgeous and the covered porch was great for watching sunsets in the comfy outdoor chairs. The kitchen was super well stocked, we cooked breakfast every morning. I also loved how lush the landscaping is- beautiful palms, trees, and flowers. It made the property feel very private, like a secret garden! Location was great- not too far outside of town and close to a supermarket. We will certainly be back! Thank you, Erik!
