The Space
Elegant Indoor Living
Bellevue III’s open-concept living area offers seating for the whole family and dual TVs for entertainment from any spot. Upstairs, the master suite features a sitting area, fireplace, coffee bar, porch access, and a large walk-in closet. Kids will enjoy the nautical-themed room with two built-in bunk beds, twin trundle beds, reading lights, USB ports, and TV.

The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, a marble island with seating, and open flow to the living and dining areas. A second small kitchen area in the game room makes entertaining seamless, with a beverage fridge and ice maker for trips to the beach. Outdoor dining is available on the upper deck with ocean breezes.

Relax in the large heated* pool or hot tub, unwind under the oak tree shade, or enjoy the outdoor living rooms with gas fireplaces and TVs. The upper-level deck has seating and a 65 TV, while evenings can be spent around the gas fire pit making S’mores. The game room can open to create an indoor/outdoor entertaining space with a pool table and second kitchen.

Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, pool, hot tub, game room, and outdoor spaces. Maximum 6 vehicles allowed. Pool heating is available September–April for an additional fee.

*Please note that pool heating is not available from May 1st to August 31st. Pool heating is exclusively available from September 1st to April 31st and is available for an additional fee of $275/night

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. ✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold for the security deposit will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    Our family had a wonderful trip.This home has beautiful gathering areas that were suitable for toddlers as well as adults.The kitchen is very well stocked.The den is comfortable for lounging after spending time in the pool and at the beach which is an easy walk away.

    We loved our stay at this property! We had an extended family group that came for a wedding in Charleston, and 14 of us stayed here without it feeling crowded. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are gorgeous and well-laid out, and we loved hanging out in the pool area! The house’s proximity to the beach was fantastic. Also, a big shoutout to the management company! Any questions or concerns were addressed almost immediately. When the AC stopped working, someone was at the house in less than 15 minutes! I highly recommend this amazing vacation home! Also has an EV charger which was super helpful.

    We had a great time at this house. It was convenient for the large family and the pool was warm and wonderful. It was a short walk from the beach, which was convenient. Interactions with the property manager were excellent and they were very responsive when we needed them.

    Bellevue III is a lovely home with plenty of space for a family of 13. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee makers, blender, and anything else you might need. We had 6 grandchildren 7 and younger, so we took our own Ikea dishes for the little ones to use. The bunk room was a huge hit with the grandchildren. The pool was awesome and often used more than once per day. The host labeled all light switches which was very helpful. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk even with all the little ones. Fabulous home! Great location! Would definitely recommend!

    My family (ranging from grandparents to toddler grandchildren) wanted to take our first family vacation together and decided on the Charleston area. This home was a great mix for the price as we had plenty of amenities with this home, and we were a short walk from the beach. The house is updated and clean. And is within 30 mins of everything you could want to do from a tourist's perspective.

    I stayed here with 13 of my girlfriends and it was the perfect weekend get away! The pool is much larger in person then in the photos and the hot tub was great for when the sun went down. Plus the lights and waterfall features were amazing! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk across the street. We had a private chef come cook all 14 of us dinner one night with plenty of space in the kitchen. Overall, would definitely stay and recommend! My only one note is that the listing is for 16, but that is only if (6) people sleep in the bunk bed room and (2) are willing to share the (2) full beds on the bottom bunks. We had 14 women on our trip and that was the perfect amount, however I’d you have kids in your group, 6 of them could sleep in the bunk room comfortably.

    Overall everything was great in the house. The pool was just perfect for thr kids to enjoy while we prepared our dinner or when ee came back from a day of exploring Charleston. The host was responsive to all our questions. House was equipped with evening we needed. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone

    Our family came together from New York, Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts for a week of fun and relaxation. The space was perfect. Located close to the beach and the incredible restaurants in Charleston. We all had a blast!
