Beautiful home! Great location. House also has lots of helpful items that you can use during your stay. Lots of games/puzzles, well equipped kitchen for cooking meals, and beach items for Lake Michigan’s or Depot beach. Hosts are responsive and very helpful with any questions.

This property was absolutely perfect for a 3 week stay in Charlevoix with family. From the location, to the cleanliness and comfortable furnishings, the attention to details regarding the well appointed kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms, this beautiful home is a 10. The owners, Chris and Sally, were readily available for any questions. All in all...we made beautiful memories in a beautiful home in the most beautiful city in Michigan!

We stay in Charlevoix every other year, this home was terrific. It was roomy for 8 adults, updated, clean, and the host was great. It was a walkable location to downtown and Lake Michigan.

Our first trip to Charlevoix was beyond amazing in large part, due to this house! My husband and I rented it for the week and invited our 3 adult sons, daughter in law, and 18 month old grandson. Everyone had their own space. The boys enjoyed gathering in the sitting area upstairs and playing video games on the TV up there. The beds were all so very comfy with nice quality bedding and pillows. The kitchen was so roomy, and left plenty of space for us to cook while everybody milled around and sat at the table. So nice to all be in the same room. The back porch/room was a dream... so organized with open shelving that provided anything we could have imagined! From rolling coolers, beach chairs, giant jenga game, to picnic and grilling gear. What a lovely feature for a vacation home to offer! My personal favorite, however, was the front porch. We spent so much time out there. Comfy furniture to sit in, and the yard is wonderful. The neighborhood reminded me of a movie set... so picturesque! The primary reason we chose this house was for it's location, and it measured up in every way! We only drove our cars a few times, when we went to Castle Farms, Hungry Duck Farms, Fisherman's Island, and the Rainbow Thrift store. Otherwise, we walked everywhere. We walked to the shops every day- sometimes twice or three times! We walked for ice cream, strolled around the pier and beach, and walked to check out the marina. W

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful Charlevoix house! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the tasteful decor. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and we enjoyed dining together at the large table with a lovely view of the surroundings. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, ensuring everyone had a restful night’s sleep. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the lake and close to all the charming shops and restaurants Charlevoix has to offer. We spent our days exploring the area, enjoying water activities, and relaxing on the porch in the evenings. The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information about the house and local attractions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Charlevoix. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and look forward to returning in the future! Would you like any specific details added or adjusted?

I can't express enough how much our family (6 adults, 2 teens, a toddler, and newborn) loved our stay at this house. It perfectly accommodated us and was in an excellent location -- short walking distance to the beach and to Bridge Street's shops. The arrival process was seamless, greeted by a clean and inviting space. What we loved: - Thoughtful touches like the welcome card, house guidelines, and tote bag. - Tasteful design and furniture, especially the large dining room table - Well-equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking together - Beds were SO comfy (everyone raved about them) - Full bathrooms on each floor - Back room behind the kitchen had towels, toys, and even a tent that we used to play with the kids. - Seamless and quick communication with the owners Small gestures that made a big impact: - Pitcher of mint-infused water in the fridge - Back fridge stocked with soda - Bathroom's extra toiletries box - Board games Suggestions for improvement: - Enrich the Welcome Packet with Charlevoix maps and a checkout checklist so we know what to do - Living room seating could be improved for better gatherings. Sofa was small so you can add a longer one. - Staircase steps and nails need attention for safety. - Improve upper floor showers' ventilation (add fan?) - Reupholster dining chairs as they sink in Our experience was great and we'd definitely come back to this house and recommend it to other families.
