Beautiful 3/2 Florida Home

The property was clean and neat, There were a few mechanical issues that require minimal attention for proper function. The biggest issue was the traffic noise. Siting outside by the pool was most uncomfortable due to the excessive noise. We could not have a normal voice conversation. We had to raise our voices and at times stop talking as the noise was so loud. The nights were often sleepless as the super bikes would start racing around midnight and the trucks with compression brakes continued 24/7. We would not recommend this location to any relative, friend or colleague and would not stay at this home again.

Our check in was smooth. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the home upon entering. The neighborhood was quiet. Some highway noise but nothing we considered intrusive. We are already considering another stay in this home!

Who knew that you could spend a couple of weeks in North Port Florida and have a great time? I’ve been asked, what’s in North Port? Actually, not much but we picked this house because it met all our needs and was close enough to places we liked - for instance- Venice and Punta Gorda. The house itself was quite spacious and the photos do not do it justice. Beds were comfortable, master bath is great. The pool was lovely as was the spa. The pool area is nice and private, and the neighborhood had walking paths you can take to nearby shops and restaurants. Because the spa and pool are heated via heat pump, if you have an extreme cold spell (like we did our first two days), the heater will not work. But otherwise- pool was warm everyday by 10 am. Biggest negatives - traffic noise from the road behind the house. Certainly not loud enough to avoid going outside, but you can hear the cars. Also, there were only chairs outside- no loungers as seen in photos. The owner is very responsive to any questions before arriving and during your stay. Overall- a great place to stay whether you want to be in North Port or not!

This house is amazing. Great location, clean and the pool and spa is perfect. The pool heater was a plus and was always a great temperature and had many toys to use and items for the beach as well. Susan was a great host and very responsive. We would stay here again!
