Home met expectations

Neighborhood amenities were expensive, and did not provide a partial week option. Overall house was fine.

Loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Enough rtoom for all my family.

The house was well stocked with dishes, bowls, glasses, silver ware, utensils, and cookware. It would be nice to have a second refrigerator, in a house for 10+ people. We had to make repeated grocery runs, as space was limited with a single fridge. Not a major problem, but a annoyance.

We love the convenient location of this house to Bethany Beach and nearby attractions, having stayed here 3 times before. However, some minor to medium maintenance/cleanliness issues have cost a star with another star lost due to major inconvenience of not having trash bins on property and being directed to haul trash to nearest dumpster 0.4 miles away. That’s a lot of hauling for 14 people’s worth of trash.

The stay was good, but not enough household items.

We stayed here because it was not too far from Ocean City and we had a sports tournament in Ocean City. The home was nice and spacious. The views were beautiful. There was only two TVs in the whole house, but other than that it was a really nice property perfect for what we needed. The area was very quaint.

Great place for a family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms. Large kitchen/dining room/tv room. Porch is very nice with a great view but could use new cushions. Yes, I would stay here again.

First of all I asked if the property was handicapped accessible. The agent just said there are five steps. Did not say yes or no so I booked my stay. I am handing. When I got there, there were five steps like they and two steps on the back. On the website they showed the back of the house as the actual listing. I called vacasa and told them there is no way that I could get up the stairs to the house and they kept apologizing. My family had to push me through the grass and go around back to get in which was hard. I had to sit on pillows in order for them to get me inside which took about 20 minutes. The toilet downstairs was broken and the extra blankets had hair on them. Definitely not clean. I had to go side ways into the master bathroom because my walker would not fit into unless I maneuver my way in. Beds weren't comfortable. I asked for compensation but it was told to me that I signed the contract so nothing could be done. No one checked back to see if I had gotten into the house. Seems like they didn't care because they hady payment.

Beautiful home and easy check in... however, the neighbor across the street likes to claim the public parking on his side of the street is his and will ask you to move your vehicle as he doesn't like cars in front of his home. We have stayed here twice for family gatherings and he did it both times despite our family being legally parked. Beware he likes to chirp and antagonize even when you try to walk away peacefully...he went so far as to leave a note on my car after complying with his request last visit.

We were very happy with this property. Multiple siblings and our families were able to spend time together and celebrate an early Christmas with our parents who live nearby. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Love that linens and towels were included. Very easy checkin and checkout process. Would definitely stay again.

The home provided enough room for all eleven guests.

House is nice it’s large and well done. The community is beautiful. There are comforters, wool blankets and decorative pillows all around the house and on the beds that are not cleaned. It’s pretty disgusting to have dirty blankets and pillows on the bed. We know they weren’t cleaned because we arrived as the cleaning staff was finishing up and we saw all the linens they were taking out. It was white sheets only. I can’t fathom how nasty it is to use blankets used by hundreds of people before you that have never been cleaned. I encourage you to stop providing those and switch to covers that you clean

A spacious and comfortable home with a lovely, view from the porch of a water feature and golf course. It is in a residential neighborhood with amenities within a short driving distance.

Lived the views from the deck and screened porch. Watching the golfers hit into the pond of the tee made for some entertainment. Plenty of space for all family. One thing that would be better would be access to the garage and a better way to get ride if the trash.

This is our second stay in this house and we loved it again. Lots of space to spread out. Decent basic amenities: nice screened in back porch, lots of kitchen utensils and pans, huge dining table, and washer and dryer. Didn’t see any ants like others have mentioned. Get that fifth star by improving upstairs cooling and adding some extras like snacks or games (board and/or outdoor). We’d definitely come back again.

Just returned from a family reunion, this property is exactly what we were looking for: good size for a large reunion, close to the beach. The house is equiped with the neccesities for the stay. Except for several stains on the carpet, it was clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking.

We loved the house. We had an ant issue. Everywhere in the house. They were in the carpets. They were on us while we slept. They were all over the areas where carpets were. We vacuumed but it only lasted a day. Called Vacasa and they promised soeoe would come out. The next day ( end of day) when I called again, we were told two ant traps were near the front door for us. We needed at least 6 a few days earlier........ The house sleeps at least 10. There was one small pan. So pancakes took an hour to cook. We asked for another pan... Never got it. Another issue was this particular home doesn't offer late check out (per owner)... That is rare but we needed one and Vacasa would not reach out to the owners....Last.... The back patio had weeds growing all around it. The grill cover was tossed on the ground and it was not inviting at all. We expected more from Vacasa.
