Awesome house and location!

Spacious, clean, bright and a very comfortable stay! We will definitely return!

We had a little problem with A/C But homeowner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He took care of everything immediately. The house and location was great. Across the street from the playground which our little ones loved.

Unit is very nice, well furnished, and in a good location. We did have a small problem with the HVAC which made the upper floor warm one night but it was quickly resolved by the owner. We looked at tee times but decided to play golf elsewhere because of poor time selections and excessive rates for a course that is not that great and was basically empty.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. We’ve been renting through VRBO for many years and this was the first home we’ve stayed in that was missing some amenities as far as household items and kitchen items. Otherwise the home was great. If you aren’t planning to cook much while here, you will have no issues! Also be ready to stock up on everything from Saran Wrap to hand soap.

The house was spacious and even included a food mat and dishes for our dog. The location of the house at the beginning of the cul-de-sac provided a very quiet and peaceful stay. They had live tv which was a nice alternative to just streaming options. They also had two nice homey living rooms. All of the properties in the neighborhood were clean and well-kept, and everyone we met walking our dog was friendly. We would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful neighborhood. The house was wonderful. I do think there should be instructions on how to properly use the remote for the tvThe fees were a little high for us having 6 adults and 6 kids, but for someone with a large group and lots of money it would be fine.

Nice and quiet at end of court. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, etc. for a nice stay. Would rent again.

We loved the whole atmosphere of the place. We especially like going there at this time of year for you can take your dogs on the beach. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Beach is very close as well.

House was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We were a group of 8 men on aa golfing vacation in the area, and this house fit our need perfectly. Would definetely stay here again.

The property is in a great location and very spacious however when we arrived it was dirty. The carpets needed vacuumed the end tables were dirty and the walls were so dirty with spill marks smudge marks and some of the doors had stuff on them. Had to call Vacasa and they immediately sent someone but she only ran vacuum and wiped end tables. She said they were out of majic erasers so the walls and doors we lived with. And the upstairs blind was barely hanging . The property is great but needs a good deep cleaning for the money I spent dont think it is to much to ask for it to be clean.

We had our bachelorette here and we felt so comfortable and the home was clean and pretty!

Welcoming colors, decor and space to spread out. Close to beach,restaurants and other activities, but the home is located in a very quiet location.

This unit is sunny, spacious and well maintained. It is located in a quiet area with no through traffic. Do inquire about the thermostat serving the upstairs area. It was not functioning during our stay.

All in all, this is a nice, comfortable house. Note though - no back deck/screened in porch.
