With a great view of the pond, this two-story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath end townhome is in a great location within The Village at Bear Trap Dunes golf resort community. At approximately 1,920 square feet, this resort getaway offers a spacious floor plan, including first and second floor master suites, open den, well equipped kitchen, screened porch and more. Central air conditioning, full size washer and dryer and more. 6 TVs (including 3 smart TVs), Netflix (courtesy of the owner), 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, four bicycles (two adult and two kids (medium) bikes) and a bike trailer cart (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: This Bear Trap Dunes townhome features carpet in the bedrooms and den and hardwood in all other areas.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.

Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

    The house for the most part was comfortable, the furniture needs upgrading, worn and torn, microwave handle broken off, oven was not able to used the inner glass broken, owner needs to give the place some love

    We have stayed at 10 Sycamore for 5 years. It is a good location and the Bear Trap community is chock full of nice amenities. The property is starting to show its age, which is the reason for the 3-star review. The fridge leaks if you use the water dispenser. The microwave lost its door and the living room furniture is either uncomfortable (couch) or ripped (chair). The ceiling fan on the porch is rusted badly and the reclining chairs out there don't stop reclining, so you're always afraid you will fall backwards. A little TLC would go a long way

    There is a lot of wear on this house. The chairs are threadbare. The handle to the microwave was broken. No matter what we did, the refrigerator froze our produce. The porch was lovely and the view from there. It was odd to have the two twin beds in the 2nd master. However we managed and had a nice time. We could walk to the pool and that was nice. It was good enough for a beach house. More than 5 rolls of TP would have been nice for 9 people for a week.

    The place is very spacious yet comfortable and clean. The location of all the beaches from the property is perfect. As well as its location to the amenity center and the surrounding pools and golf course. The view and the sounds of the fountain in the center of the lake set the tone for a soothing evening. The grandchildren were able to fully enjoy their time playing in the back with the neighboring guest's children. And the screened-in back porch is not only great for peaceful relaxation, you couldn't want or ask for a better bug-free spot for eating crabs. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Large, spacious home just a few miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Good amenities in the community.

    The house was spacious enough for our family. The household supplies were lacking. One roll of toilet paper for three bathrooms- not many kitchen staples. It was not as clean as it should have been. Neighborhood was great and the pool was lovely. 20 minute drive to beach, which we knew when we booked.

    We have stayed here at least 4 times since 2019. We love this house, always clean, beds are comfortable, location is great, it's just the first choice when coming to Bethany. Thanks Again for never disappointing, We will be back.
