Bear Trap Dunes townhouse w/ balcony, free WiFi, gym, and private gas grill

The house was spacious for our family of 10. Relatively clean and well stocked. It could use a deeper clean though, especially the carpet. Found a few pieces of trash around the house as well. WiFi and tvs all worked well. Lots of beach gear, bikes, golf clubs. The listing says parking for two cars in driveway, but you can really only get one without blocking the driveway. Otherwise you’ll need to park on the street, but it wasn’t a problem. The small grill around back was in really bad shape, but we made it work. We would stay there again!

We had a great time in this rental! Loved the big open space to hang out and lots of seating!

Accommodating for our large family however would have appreciated another queen bed instead of twin beds. Additional fees for using the pools, very pricey for the week especially for children ,same price as an adult

Very spacious and fitting for our large family. Neighbor hood is quiet and people were very friendly. Kids enjoyed the fact they had Wi-Fi to keep in touch with their friends. My wife and I do foster care. We have been doing it for 23 years and the group of kids we have now have never been to the shore so this was a new experience for them. Being able to find a place where we can all stay is usually hard. This was a good find and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for everything.

My family and I had a great stay at the property! Very quick drive to Bethany Beach and the boardwalk. Neighborhood was lovely and the amenities (i.e. community pool, tennis and basketball courts) were a great plus. Screened in porch was perfect for our crab feast dinner and the backyard by the lake was a good spot for some outdoor games. Would highly recommend this spot!

We loved the community of Bear Trap Dunes and all it had to offer. The house was very nice...but bathrooms were not totally clean when we arrived. Called VACASA several times to report that we needed more towels, propane tank was empty (which we purchased a new one after they didn't show up to replace)...and Comcast had been scheduled to arrive to fix WIFI problem on Saturday, but didn't show up until Monday. Unit had ants in the kitchen (which I think is a common problem). Other than that....no complaints about the house. Well stocked kitchen and abundance of linens, blankets, etc. Bethany Beach is a great family vacation spot!

This is our fourth year at Bear Trap Dunes, second time in this house. This is a nice home and overall it was a great trip. Only issue was the internet connection. We needed to work a few days and it wouldn't stay up consistently. Left a message for Vacasa and no call back. Contacted them again and there was no resolution other than a maintenance ticket. Hopefully they fix it for the next customer.
