Stayed Sep 4, 2025The house was roomy and comfortable for 5 adults and the screened in porch was my favorite place to hang. The community pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.The only complaint was getting assistance from Vacasa. We discovered the dryer door would not close after trying to dry a full load of wet towels and clothes. Vacasa did not come and we are traveling home with bags of wet, smelly clothing. We also called Vacasa 4 times the day of checkin for assistance with the AC unit and nobody came.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My 2 girlfriends and I travel to Bethany every year in the Fall. This house was clean and had everything travelers need. We had a sufficiently stocked kitchen of dishes, appliances, silverware, etc.. Everything was in working order. The furniture was sturdy, well-made, and was not cheesy like in a few homes we have stayed in. A television was in every room and all worked perfectly. The bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had plenty of linens. We loved it. It was like a home. We would choose it again for our group.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved everything about the house with the exception of the family room and master bedroom TV problems. Intern connection was out; repair man Zachary came but couldn’t solve the problem in the family room at all. The MBR tv worked on and off until 2 days before we left then it was completely frozen. We would still book this home again. All upgrades were high quality and the outdoor spaces were incredible.
