Bear Trap Dunes house w/ fireplace, free WiFi, board games, and tennis court

There were 14 of us, ages 9 to 74. We had six adults and eight kids in our group! The house was perfect for our size group. The kitchen was extremely convenient and very well stocked. The pool table and ping pong table got daily use. The backyard/porch was beautiful to sit, and we were visited by a great blue heron a few times. It was a half mile to the Community Pavilion. We purchased tickets for that, and the older kids played pickleball nearly every morning. The younger kids used the pool each day. We all used the shuttle to the beach, and didn’t have to worry about parking. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. I was prepared for horrible traffic, but never experienced that. I felt it was a very safe and pretty (and huge) housing development. We couldn’t have been any happier with 15 Sycamore! It was a perfect home for us. Thank you so much!!! ❤️

This house is large and well equipped. Thoughtful extras throughout. Nicely decorated with beach accents in just about every room. The neighborhood is quiet and just beautiful with tree lined streets. Perfect for walking your dog. Our only negative would be that the carpets are needing cleaned as they were very dirty up the stairwell and in the master bedroom downstairs. Other than that the house was perfectly clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Over all a great experience!

Large enough for our four family units: 6 adults and 6 children. Location is near fine Delaware beaches. Bear Trap resort has two good pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Kitchen is well-appointed.

All of the amenities you would expect. Very clean. Close to the golf course.

Huge house, plenty of room for 8 people and no bunk beds were a bonus for our all adult crowd. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with everything you need very close.

The neighborhood is great and the house is well stocked. We had a few issues during our stay and I think the house needs some updating. For example, the kitchen table is sticky no matter how many times you clean it. It's just worn out. After being at the house for about 20 min, I looked at my feet and they were BLACK. Didn't make me feel like I was in a clean house. The bathrooms need some updating / replacements. One of the stair railings was loose and our 2 year old fell through it, onto his neck and head. The fridge had some issues when we checked in too. I wish Vacasa did a better job managing.

Highlights... dishwasher required fixing (which didn't happen before we checked out); dining table needs a new surface (current is sticky); a second trash bin and a second recycling bin are needed given the size of the property; grill cabinet needs a good cleaning. House is big enough and the location is pretty good. Amenities are good. After using the complimentary beach shuttle once we later chose to pay for parking at Bethany Beach.
