Stayed Sep 18, 2025Very comfortable house, very convenient to a lot of things to do (beach, shop, restaurants, hiking, etc.). Hosts Tamara & Nick were great, very helpful, very available but gave us our place. A pleasure staying in their house - we'll be back!!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024This property was the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside was in need of a bit of maintenance, both house and property. The inside was large and inviting, plenty of space for three to four couples. Being this is a dog friendly rental you will find a few stray hairs but it was very clean.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024This was a great property that suited our needs as a reasonable place to stay for a friends wedding. Communication with Tamara and Nick was excellent, we really appreciated them being able to offer us a later checkout, as we had events for the wedding all 3 days we spent! Would recommend renting from them.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The property was so perfect. Everything was clean, and well stocked. The house was roomy, and comfortable. The games were plentiful, the storage was perfect. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play, amd whole house was set up perfectly for people and pets. The little doggie extras were so thoughtful.we cant wait to go back.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Our family of 6 and 2 dogs usually stay at the Cape. This year we wanted to try a new water destination that would be more accessible. We loved this dog-friendly house, with treat greetings upon arrival! Everything was as described and depicted. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the hosts could not have been more attentive or helpful with a few issues that they immediately rectified. The host reached out several times to see if all was well, and if we needed anything. We have not had such attention in other houses. Beautiful walks to the beach; beautiful hiking; visit to the oldest Arcade; nice stroll and food in Meredith. All in all a wonderful vacation! Thank you!
